  1. Really don't want Niocden to get back together, really don't. I've no problem with Aden moving on with his life [although somehow, this time, I don't think he will, so quickly (unlike Martha over Jack!!!)] but, no, I do like them as friends; and I know people say that they're not realyl friends, and what have they done for each other etc but to me, just the fact they lived together and went from sexual chemistry [Nicole towards Aden] to dislike [when she threw the house party etc] to depending on each other [Romans blindness, Belle's drug habit etc] to sex [Again, Roman's blindness, Belle's drug habit etc] and now back to friendship - well, to me, that says alot! That said, if I were Belle, there's no way I could be pally with Nicole, having seen her sleep with the man I'm going to marry, but anyway..! So yeah, no, just friends will do nicely thank you
  2. Angelo, what can I say, he's a legendary character. As some people have said, I do too miss his cheeky side. I don't think I'll ever forget that line where he said "Eh, excuse me did you make these chips? They're terrible" to Belle That was just classic. I absolutely despised him for a while; when he was coming between Belle & Aden Although I do still think that it was completely uncalled for and sleazy of him to answer Belle's door in a towel...! But yeah, no, Luke is doing a brilliant job with him [you have to love that smile ] and, overall, Angelo grew on me really quickly; I think i admired his character strength in being able to return to the Bay, and work there again - and I'm thrilled that he's back with Charlie, I really do love them as a couple; they're my new Adelle i think
  3. loved that ending, because without saying it, you've shown us all the grief and troubled times that aden was probably going through before he could pluck up the courage to go and see martha and talk to her as he needed to. then again, i wonder what it would have been like if it only took him 3 days to go and get it. but, you're right i suppose, as he didn't really know martha that well, he probably wouldn't seek her out just because she'd been through the same thing... Hrm1 More
  4. Poor Leah, as the poster above said, she's always given the 'support' roles it seems. Now, whilst Irene was long overdue a good storyline, I think that Leah was skipped over too much - we had that tiny snippet of her, during the very brief Roman relationship but aside from taht she's just the shoulder that everyone leans on. I mean, I would have thought that during the trek, she would have been prone to some emotion seeing as it was in relation to her own husband that had passed away?! I dunno, it seems to me that H&A skips over the emotions of mourning lost loves too quickly but then again it's a soap, maybe that's the idea. At least Leah hasn't been sleeping around completely like most of the others do... But, I would like to see her in a more active role. Maybe for we'll see more of her, though no doubt that will concentrate on Aden, Irene & Annie [which I suppose is fair enough]
  5. Jess' acting recently has been nearly the highlight of her on H&A .. I mean, she was amazing during the Aden hostage/abuse storyline, and back in the 'childish' days of Lucas & Drew but this week ... I don't know, there's something about her acting that was different. Perhaps it was all the emotions in it; for the abuse storyline, I feel much of that should be attributed to Aden almost carrying them both along, but this week with Rachel - even at her hen party, and saying she hadn't been drinking, it was all just heartbreaking - and she did an amazing job with that cliff hanger on Friday; totally heartbreaking! Bring it on next week Jess, we're all watching
  6. Last Friday's episode was brilliant at the ending, where Nicole walked in on Belle. Much of that summed up Nicole's new strength of character; remembering back when she first came onto the show, and was just a spoilt, petty brat that would kick anybody to get her own way - but the way she laid into Belle for misleading Aden was portrayed excellently - and that silent, no words transformation from incredibly angry to disbelieving and broken, in a way, was just perfect - i was really impressed with it. And what a cliff hanger! I'm glad, in a way that Nicole knows first, because it's a responsibility for her isn't it ... and I'm dying to see how she deals with it in the opening of Monday...
  7. I don't think Aden will return to his 'bad boy' image when - and I'll be disgusted if he does, because she has done so much for him - pretty much made him who he is now, and it would be a totally disrespect Loved the bucks party; oh I was in stitches watching it. Like when that dodgy bloke was like, "you're alright aren't ya?" and Todd was just, "i'm alright, i'm alright, i'm alright" whispering it over and over again. Hilarious! That was brilliantly written; we don't get too see much of 'light hearted' Aden, so I really did enjoy all his drunken ramblings!
  8. Those two lines were two of the singularlary most beautiful and moving lines that I've read in a fan fiction yet, I think. Gorgeous story over all; I enjoyed how you broke it all donwn, but that ending was the real punch. Excellent writing!
  9. That was ... fabulous. I don't know what you're not sure about. As the post said above, I think Leah was perfect for this job; she always seems to be the shoulder that everyone leans on, and can always provide the support they need. This was beautifully written; so delicate, like the other letters - and then, an ingenious way for her to have delivered the rest of her letters. Such a touching storyline too .. I'm really loving this:)
  10. Ha, me too Louise xDD Reading it was too 'nostalgic' for it to be Belle that he had married! But, I like the idea behind this - and it was well written, nice job!
  11. you have more chapters ready?! quick, share them now. Whilst, I feel a little that Belle is overpowering Aden at this point [like, completely recreating his life for him! ] I can see why she might do it - because in everything that she's doing, it's all bringing him closer to her memory. Her letter to Irene was beautiful, as were they all.
  12. fabulous
  13. Ohhh mann, Annie would have been so happy with that. This is my favourite fic that I've ever read on here, please do update soon!
  14. lovelovelove your colouring; can I ask what program you use? Is it Photoshop?
  15. Watched HP6 in bed the other night. Thought, as a general movie, it was good - but as a condensed version of the actual book, they left out far too much important info. Kind of like with Twilight...
  16. ^ glad you like both sets of attempts feel free to use any of mine - once i'm credited in your siggy for making it ^.^
  17. that is such a sweet letter!
  18. I still believe Hugo has much about him that we don't know, and won't know until it's uncovered but that said, whilst I was very annoyed with how he was trying to push Martha at the start, I'm thrilled that they are finally together and will remain so for quite some time hopefully! His latest scenes have been enjoyable, particularly under the bus - the CONFUSION of which wire was comical even though I know the scene was supposed to very intense and serious, but bless him. He's adorable when with Martha because he becomes so playful and flirtacious.
  19. ROFL Hilary. The amount of Jack O'Brien's in Ireland..... LOL! Interesting about a character called Jack Holden though!
  20. started Confessions of a Shopaholic last night but bleh. Stopped after 20 minutes or so.
  21. i love this one; AWESOMEEE colourings though!! -looks forward to next update-
  22. I've never understood that myself either - and tend to bring it up as a question in Character Discussion posts because it just doesn't seem to make sense to me! Back to Luke, the episode in the hospital, with his mother - I didn't feel like I was getting the right emotions brought across. I mean, here's a son, down on his knees [literally] begging his mother not to turn him into the cops, and while she really showed the sense of feeling 'lost' and not knowing her own son, for Trey - it just didn't seem to carry across his utter desperation at possibly getting caught, his need for her to understand. I mean, obviously the boy has temporarily gone insane [as they all seem to do time to time at the bay] but ... this scene did disappoint me.
  23. just read all of this at once, and loving it Poro Geoff, my heart really goes out to him because at the start of his entrance to the actual program, he was so 'religious' and strait-laced but now - you write him as he is which is brilliant ... and that's not another normal guy! Absolutely loving your portrayal of him!
  24. rain is lashing down again the windows. eh, summer?!
