  1. I read somewhere that Louisa Lytton hopes to return to the show when her contract with The Bill finishes, so you may get your wish! I'd love to see her back but I hope it's the old Ruby, not the crazy brat she'd turned into by the time she left.
  2. I never liked Clare much the first time round and I can't say I'm that impressed now either. But hopefully she'll get a decent storyline and that will make up for it. June Brown was amazing in last night's episode, but it was ever so sad. I seriously hope John Bardon recovers enough to return to the show, as Dot and Jim were the show's best couple IMO, and it will be heartbreaking to see Dot all alone.
  3. I love the seventh one Jen, can I save it? I'll credit you if I use it.
  4. I love your current av, Amy.
  5. Kara also used to go out with James Bourne from Busted...she's obviously a girl with diverse taste in men!
  6. In fairness, I do think Sean has improved recently. Since Stacey's wedding they seem to have given him a sense of humour, which IMO works better than the 'I'm evil for no apparent reason' stuff. But it's taken them too long to find a direction for the character, so it's not really surprising that Rob Kazinsky got fed up.
  7. The young male cast members on Eastenders all seem like idiots to be honest! Mickey, Gus, Sean...the only one who hasn't got into trouble (so far) is Charlie Clements. The producers need to sack their casting department.
  8. , that will be a bitter blow to the Eastenders He's not a personal favourite of mine, but i'm sure a lot of female viewers will be dissapointed. I don't think he's that popular to be honest. Sure, he's ok to look at (although nothing compared to Scott Maslan ), but I don't know a single person who's a fan of Sean.
  9. I know I'm the only one who doesn't see the chemistry with Dawn and Gary, but I still hope to goodness they don't get together! She blatantly doesn't fancy him in the slightest (and, no offence to Gary, but who can blame her?). If she went out with him it would only be out of pity - either that or because she wants a live-in babysitter! I know he adores her, but as a couple they have less spark than a wet weekend.
  10. I think it's because Stacey never cheated on Bradley, unlike Max with Tanya. And the reason the affair happened in the first place was because Bradley had dumped Stacey and treated her like dirt, so it's understandable not to feel quite so much sympathy towards him as Tanya!
  11. I think the portrayal of Max since the affair came out has been unrealistic, which is a shame because beforehand I always thought he was a very well thought out character. I can understand him being defensive now he's been caught out, but I'd have thought he'd be trying to win Tanya back rather than being so vicious and aggressive towards her, especially as they have a new baby together. Some of the things he's said to her have been vile - this is the man who slept with his son's partner! I agree with you Liz about Stacey. I'm not on the Stacey-worshipping bandwagon, but I think she's an interesting character and a good actress. I just wish they'd let some of the others share the limelight sometimes, as she does seem to have 'Martha syndrome' in that she's shoved in our faces a lot.
  12. Sorry to say this, but Li was a complete cow. Unless you really don't like Mickey, why on earth would you want her to come back for him?? She treated him like dirt (along with everyone else she came into contact with), and for seemingly no reason. I just didn't understand her character at all.
  13. Omg! Amy, I officially love you. These are amazing. Can I save a couple?
  14. I'm actually warming to Sean and Tanya. Has Preeti left now? If so it was a sweet exit, although I would have liked her to stick around and for them to do more with her.
  15. Yolande used to be brilliant, but they've turned her into a moaning old bat. When she first arrived and got together with Patrick they were hilarious together, so it's a real shame how they are now. All she ever does is moan at him and he just seems to want to get away from her all the time. The whole Patrick/Pat thing didn't help - as if that would ever have happened in real life! If they're not careful Yolande will turn into the next Pauline Fowler (never a good thing).
  16. Ooh Amy, your stuff is brilliant! It's nice to see Dan and Leah avs for a change. Although I was going to ask (ie. hint!) if you'll be making any more KK?
  17. The car crash was really rubbish, but the reactions today were great. Diane Parish who plays Denise is a fantastic actress. Also liked the Tanya and Sean stuff, but I expect the writers will ruin a great friendship by turning it into something sexual before too long.
  18. Yes, he's had a stroke. At the moment they're unsure if he will ever be well enough to return to work, so they're keeping it open for him.
  19. I agree, I think they should give Sean more funny stuff to do. I absolutely love Jean and think their relationship is great to watch. The episode after Bradley and Stacey's wedding where he went round to her house and she was trying to get him to stay as long as possible was brilliant. But I agree with everyone else about Sean and Tanya - I just don't think a relationship between them would work. Plus he's going to be unbearably smug if she ends up sleeping with him.
  20. Wedding Crashers. It fed my Isla Fisher obsession nicely.
  21. Maybe because it's the name of Liam's puppy in Corrie (well, it's Ozzy, but close enough)? That dog is beautiful!
  22. Oscar is a terrible name! It reminds me of a cat for some reason.
  23. That did actually happened when he was made bankrupt a few years ago. He was running around trying to find someone to bail him out and no one would. It was fabulous. abbie: Jack's secret was that he walked out on his wife and daughter. Phil also found out that he isn't allowed to be alone with his daughter when he sees her, but we don't know why yet.
  24. I'd say it was the other way round to be honest. Abi gets a lot more screentime than Lauren, who has really been in the background until the past few weeks. I like them both - much prefer Lauren to Lucy Beale, who I still can't stand.
