I don't think they are as good a couple as I once thought they would be. They are quite a dissapointment to be honest!!

Exactly!! 2 words - Get Lost !! You're forgetting that these days new characters don't require any personality or charisma, they just need to be "hot", and have a weird/stupid name. OMG!!! You are all off your heads!! He is an AMAZING actor. Whoever says he's crap are obviously old men that are jealous of him Umm I wouldn't exactly call myself an "old man" and to be fair my post is almost 8 months old at this stage, I have changed my mind quite a bit since then but he is definitely not annoying me as much as he used to do. I do think to a certain extent like RR1 said one of his greatest purposes is his good looks which will make teen fans go wild. The whole Annie relationship was horribly bad , I just hated how they were soooooo in love when they knew each other for 5 minutes and he acted as if his whole family had just been murdered when she left. If he was that important to her then she would have stayed. Annies change in character was an epic mistake!

I agree with you here. A lot of people hate Angelo because he killed Jack and because of the whole Joey/Charlie storyline. In my opinion i hated Jack so I was glad when he was killed off and i thought the Charlie/Joey storyline was so pointless, it didn't go anywhere and was really unrealistic. I think Angelo hasn't had the right storylines yet, and there is so much more to be done with the character. Really we have only seen him being "top cop" and i would like to see more different storylines. I am certainly not scared to voice my opinion!!!! I love Charlie and Angelo together. They are so fresh and hopefully now their relationship will be more fun instead of turning into a boring married couple that keeps arguing (not mentioning any names!!!) I just hope now the writers give them interesting storylines. I believe they can be "the" couple of Home and Away. I was a huge Jack fan, and just because I don't like Angelo doesn't mean that its all down to what he did. I got over him killing Jack, it was an accident , BUT the way his character came across afterwards was totally unacceptable. I feel like I keep going over the same thing but people wont listen, so for the last time , I don't hate him for killing Jack , I hate him for a whole lot of reasons including his behaviour in the aftermath of Jack's shooting. He is idiotic, dull as dishwater and just plain stupid. I think others do hate them because he just isn't Joey but that grudge is also to do with how H&A failed epicly with the Charlie/Joey storyline which spent more time being hyped up than being shown onscreen Sorry but whats so fresh about Changelo ? I couldn't think of a more unsuitable word to describe them! and as for the "boring married couple" - I find their relationship refreshing because they aren't breaking up and reuniting every 5 minutes like every other couple in the show for the past couple of years. It just gets so so so old and boring. And besides the "boring couple" are 2 of the best actors on the show currently. Amy Mathews is in a league of her own , and actually so is Esther Anderson, sorry David Jones Roberts who plays Xavier is in the same league of her.

Yeah, I have come to the stage where I don't like either characters now. Charlie and Angelo were 2 of my favourites throughout 2008 until 2009 came and every feeling I ever had for them went totally out the window. The whole Joey/Charlie thing was beyong rubbish then Esther was trusted with a huge storyline in the Ruby/Charlie thing which she didn't pull off at all imo. Actually I thought she was dreadful. Angelo on the other hand - he arrived in the bay as a cheeky chappy type character which was very endearing, even when we saw his dark side during the Aden/Belle/Angelo I loved him, it even made me love him more after how badly Belle treated him! He deserved so much better than that. Then I started to see his idiotic side with all his meddling in switching soil samples for his own personal gain. Then just the Jack business where he became devious and tried to worm his way out of it best he could, even attempting to pay off "Tim Coleman" to keep him quiet about his part in Jack's death. He came back a couple of months after going to "prison" only to get a whole new life in Summer Bay - they said he would be the best person to do the job because he would be able to integrate himself with the community - Oh yeah because he murdered one of the town members and everyone hated his guts so how the police thought he would work well for the job goes completely over my head. It was just some half arsed attempt to bring him back. and now he is going around town asking for relationship advice, hmm because hes an idiot - he is even getting relationship advice off the man he murdereds widow these days, what is the world coming to.

I don't see absolutely any redeeming qualities in them as a pairing whatsoever! I think Changelo are being made to be the next big thing - But I wouldn't associate any such words with them. They worked at the beginning as in pre 2009 but they are so dull and just blehh. Some people seem to love them but honestly I just don't get it. I'm not the only one either, they are proving to be quite an unpopular couple so hopefully sometime soon TPTB realise it and just end it permanently.

Anyone looking forward to Siege week next week and Tony Gordon's return ? AND take a look at the new Corrie opening titles which will begin on monday when Corrie debuts in HD for the first time ever!! I quite like the new titles actually!
