Thanks. Thank you, Sarah. The Sid/Dex relationship is one of my favourites, and one of the few things the show does really well. Thanks, Phoebe! *hands over tissues* I'm sorry for making you cry. I agree about the Dex/April relationship - I tend to go hot and cold on them from episode to episode as to whether they are adorably cute or insufferable - but I keep forgetting that they are kids. They are teenagers who have had this lumped on them and ultimately are doing the best they can. But there are going to be bad days, where Dex gets frustrated with himself and April feels completely helpless. Or April has plans to go out and Dex doesn't want to hang out with April's friends from uni because they don't 'get it', they don't get him, and he feels stupid around them. Before the accident, he could keep up - easily, in fact. But now everythinig is so much harder than before and Dex is just tired of it all. That's the thing about April, is that as much as she tries to help, to fit in with the rest of the Walker's her relationship with Dex has changed, and won't probably be the same again. You can't go back to being innocent, carefree teenagers once you've encountered something like this. April is no martyr, so I'm glad she came across as slightly selfish for what she was doing. Her helping Dex is as much for her own benefit as it is for Dex's, and Dex can't handle that. He hates being dependent on anyone, feels like he's dragging them all down, so he pushes her away until she doesn't come back. I don't blame her really, I think it's understandible. The one thing I hope you saw, was that no one is to blame in this situation. It just sucks for everyone involved. I'm sorry, I didn't to go all rambly-meta on you, but your comments really got me thinking, so I appreciate the time you take to read and comment on all my stupid little stories. They always make me think and re-evaluate my writing, and (hopefully) get better.

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments, especially Kristen (username change, woah!), MatildaHunterFan, Paige, Dingo, QA, Lesley, Sarah, Laura and Barbara . New icons, with bonus Dance Academy ones because Sammy/Christian is awesome and they were both originally on H&A, so.

Don't mind at all. Would you please be able to credit me in your signature though? Thanks in advance. And thank you so much to everyone else too.

It's not that I'm sure you haven't told me your names before, it's just that when I go to reply to all your lovely comments I look at the username and just copy that. But I pinky swear that from now on I'm going to use your wonderful names when I thank you. (And you know I'm serious because I'm using a pinky swear! ) Gosh, I wish I could remember! I'm pretty sure it's before Lottie and when April was still with Heath and Dex and April had that scene in April's room and she ended up hugging him for seemingly no apparent reason. I wish I could be more helpful, I'm sorry!

Thank you so much Aden_Belle, LauraPhilly, --HAA, QA and Sabrina . Fair warning: I'm screencapping the last 2 weeks worth of H&A (Aussie pace), so in the future you need to brace yourself for so. many. icons.

Casey is one of those characters that I forget that I like until something bad happens to him in which my first urge is to want to tackle him into a hug and pet him and tell him everything is going to be okay. This happened at the end of last week when Danny finally cracked it and smacked Casey in the face. I gasped. Like, literally gasped out loud at my tv and thought I might cry because Danny had him pinned to the table and there was that look in Casey's eye that was pure, unadulterated terror, before he quickly covered it up. It was so sad seeing Casey say that he deserved it, and the strange thing is that I've seen some posts saying people saying it was sad, and they feel sorry for Casey, but no one has really reacted. Like, if this was John hitting Jett or Sid hitting Dex I'm pretty sure the whole board would be in a rage, but because this is Danny, who we don't really expected anything less from, and Casey, who has put himself in a precarious position, it seems ok to let it slip by. But it's not okay, and I'm actually really angry at the fact that Casey doesn't have that father figure he wants. I think initially Casey honestly thought his dad had changed; that getting out of jail and being with his son would make him want to be a better person - for Casey. So Casey was willing to do anything to forge some kind of relationship with Danny, and now he's doing his best to justify everything that Danny has put him through and made him do, by saying it's so he can keep an eye on him - when really, the only person Danny is looking out for, is himself. What is also really depressing for me is that I actually think that Casey still loves Ruby, except he knows that she won't ever feel the same way because she's so hung up on Romeo. She only goes to Casey after Romeo has rejected her, and Casey wants to protect her - like, wants to make sure she's safe and away from harm, and as a result has put himeslf in the firing line for her. Having said that, I don't want them to get back together, but I do want some sort of resolution - for Ruby to know what Casey has done for her and to realise that her and Romeo are never going to happen. That would be enough for me. So, yeah. Casey Braxton seems like he's just a bit of a stupid attractive teenage boy, but then - BAM! He hits you in the face with all the feelings. I did not sign up for this.

Thank you so much for your sweet comments.

Thank you so much, everyone. I'm continually blown away by the number of people who comment on my silly little icons .

Beezzz - Thank you very much for reading and commenting. I did say that it would be short . Red Ranger - The ending was actually something I added at the last minute after the comments from the previous part. Originally is just ended with Liam suggesting that they return to the party, everything after that was literally added at the last moment before I posted. I felt like I needed to explain where the relationship was going to go, although I did write this to explore how they might get together as opposed to the functionality of their relationship; hence, the up-in-the-air ending. Glad you liked and thanks for reading, Red. JarlieFanEver - You're most welcome. Thank you for reading. I do this for enjoyment and experience mostly. pembie - Oh, no, I apologise if my response made it seem like I was offended. I wasn't, I can assure you. I found it funny, and was trying to put that across, which sometimes fails with typing on the internet. I definitely chuckled when I read your Shades of Grey comparison. I'm by not means a writer, and the author is obviously published, it's just not a great story plot-wise, so I was trying to make a joke at my own expense. Lesson learned; don't do that again, or at least work on typing with sarcasm. Anyway, pembie, thank you so much for reading and being so complementary with your reviews. I really do appreciate all the feedback. Please feel free to tell me bits you think I can improve on as well. As for a sequel, I don't have any plans at this stage, and I'm visiting another couple of different pairings in my upcoming fics. (Anyone interested in Ruby/Casey??) Also, with the way Ruby is being written in the show at the moment I don't really have a lot to work with. But, who knows? Thanks again for all your wonderful comments, particularly with my first foray into this pairing.

Red Ranger - Wow. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the feedback, particularly in relation to striking a blanace between description and dialogue. pembie - It's not unprofessional if they don't get caught, right? Ha! I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I've seen snippets of it and the writing is just grating . Certainly not what I am going for here. Beezzz - Woah, to you too! That's quite the compliment. You wouldn't believe how many times I've tried to write something original and having it completely stall. I find writing fanfic so much easier. But, who knows?! JarlieFanEver - Thank you very much for reading and commenting. Final part coming up.

^ I'm a Dex fan, so I'm happily going to admit that makes me biased. I want Dex to be happy, I'm willing to excuse certain things that he does, I'm going to focus on his wit and humour rather than the fact that he kissed another girl. Yes, that happened, but Dex didn't seek it out -- he didn't intend to hurt April, and I'm not saying that makes it okay, but I don't think Dex having one kiss with Dallas evokes the kind of response that it did from April -- A I-need-to-lose-my-virginity-ASAP response; where she tried it with Xavier and then finally, Heath. I think what we are all discussing here is consistency, and it's not just in this couple or these characters that this is lacking. The show is wildly inconsistent -- in it's standards on what is right or wrong, or how characters respond to certain situations -- and it tries to pass it off as 'adding drama', when all it does is treat the audience like they're idiots. Maybe that's a bit harsh, but I get the feeling we, as an audience, are meant to see that April and Dex are supposed to be together forever and forsaking all others and never be tempted to cheat on eachother and if that happens it's the end of the world. And as far as I can tell, no one is buying that.

Thank you Phoebe, Lesley, Dingo, Kristen, and Sabrina.
