I'm not sure if the writers think this far ahead but it did cross my mind that maybe the idea of Nic/Geoff and Aden/Belle was too have Aden and Nicole mature seperately and become better people so that when they did eventually get together they would be right for each other. As they both said if they got together now they would be a "nightmare" couple but given a few years and a bit of taming they could be perfect for each other. That said at the moment I think Aden belongs with Belle and Nicole with Geoff. Looks like Angelo completely looses it in the promo for next week. I'm scared for Belle.

I wouldn't mind it too much if at some stage Jess left before Todd and they decided to go with an end game of Aden/Nicole because even though I love the brother/sister thing they have going on you could argue that in a few years they might decide that they don't love anyone else as much as they love each other and so they might as well be together. However I only think that would happen if Belle was out of the picture. I could be wrong but I have a feeling that if Aden were to tell Nicole that he was in love with her she would leave Geoff in a heartbeat. Although I fully suspect you will all disagree with me on that point.

One thing I really don't understand and hope the writers will clarify about the love triange is why Angelo is still with Belle? Maybe its just me but that aspect of the storyline makes no sense. I mean he has known from the begining that Belle wasn't over Aden she said so herself and sure enough for the last month or so she's back tracked and said she was over him but Angelo's not stupid he knows she's lying and we've seen him suspicious about her ever since Aden came back and now its got the point where he's practically stalking her. So why is he still with her? Surely a good looking, fun loving cop like him wouldn't be short of offers and Belle has hardly proved herself to be his dream girl. She's always been less than enthusiastic to see him, never shown him any real affection, doesn't seem particularly interested in him and has never expresed anykind of feeelings towards him. I really hope they explain this.

Every couple in the world fights on a daily basis often about things like what channel to watch or whos turn it is to make the tea. Fighting isn't necessarily a bad thing I know couples who love each other more than anything and have been married 50+ years and they still fight. It doesn't mean they don't love each other or aren't right for each other. I think the reason Aden and Belle fight so much is because they are so passionate about each other. Behind all there fights you always know that they love each other. I think its because they are so passionate about each other and in love with each other that they find it so easy to hurt each other. I think in some ways thats the key reason why they fight because they know they are so vunerable when it comes to each other and both are characters who like to put up walls and feel invunerable. Both characters have a self destructive streak but when they are prepared to open up to one another and let the other in they make for a brilliant match and support system for each other.

Totally agree. I think the way Aden swings between good and bad makes him facinating because you can never quite tell how he will react in any given situation. There are some characters where you just know they will do the right/wrong thing in the end but with Aden it could always go either way. It's great it just adds that extra edge and tension to a scene. I think the way that the show has explored his past and the make up of his character has been great. I particularly enjoy his relationships with other characters - the family relationship with Roman/Nicole, the first love with Belle, the friendship with Melody and particularly the more fraught relationship with his father. All of the Larry/Aden interaction has been amazing. I loved the way that despite all the anger and hatred and faliure you always got the sense that deep down they loved each other deeply. Todd is a fantastic actor and has really brought the character to life. I also love that he seems to have tons of chemistry with everyone he has had scenes with so far. I particularly enjoy his chemistry with Jessica and Tessa whenever he's with either of these two the screen lights up.

That was fantastic. I've really enjoyed this fic. Thank you xxx -
Oooh so Stockholm Syndrome is where the hostage supports the hostage taker and is on their side and they form a bond, right? (Plus its a cool Muse song -hee!) So Belle is going to support Aden? Or it could also refer to Larry/Aden relationship? Anyway can't wait for an update.

Aww that was good can't wait to find out what Aden chooses. -
Awww that was great. Loved the tie in with the Aden feeling angry/empathy for the abused animals. Loved the family interaction.

Great update. I think Sean and Justin have finally worked out they have to do what's best for Aden. -
Dingoes. They howl but I don't think they bark. They'd be the closest thing to a wolf you'd get. Crocodiles make a sort of hissing, growling, clicking noise... the baby one's squeak A kangaroo would do some damage if you crossed it. I don't know if they make a noise. They're kind of like big rabbits... They balance on their tails and kick with their back legs. We don't really have any big native animals, but there are a lot of feral ones that you could use. Wild pigs are pretty vicious. "Razor backs," they call them. They have tusks and they're not afraid to use them! I suppose they'd grunt and squeal like any other pig, only more angrily... Feral dogs would be pretty vicious, same with cats but they're not that big. They are bigger than regular house cats though. Big ears too. My Kimmy cat is half-feral There are wild horses that could charge and kick you - basically any kind of domestic animal you could think of, you could turn it feral and have it become aggressive. And there's a panther running around on the loose somewhere on the outskirts of Sydney. I'm not kidding Of course if you just want something deadly without it being big, there are hundreds of snakes and spiders to choose from. Since this is H&A, I'm thinking you want something that's going to be in NSW, but if you wanted to travel to Tasmania, you could have a Tasmanian Devil. Tiny but vicious - and they could crush your hand with one bite. They make a sort of screaming, screeching, groaning noise... it's not pretty. You could also revive a Tasmanian Tiger (more like a stripy dog than a tiger). They say they're extinct, but I'm not so sure Ohhh lizards! Goannas are pretty scary. They can get up to about two-meters long and their claws are massive. They could tear you up good. And water dragons. They're much smaller, but the males can get up to about a meter, and they can be pretty scary! Not sure what sound lizards make... hissing I suppose. In conclusion, If you want something that's going to be like a wold, I'd go with a dingo. They're not exactly common in NSW, but I think you could get away with it. Creative liscence If you wanted to go into the water, there's always sharks. Thank you so much for all those brilliant ideas.

Thank you. I think maybe I might stick with freak weather or something because it has to be something that they can hear which could present possible death. Hmm I'll have a think..
