Char- have you seen the new pic of Jon on the OS?? it's soo gourgeous Oh, and yay for Jon actually getting to show everyone what he can actually do I'll comment properly on tonights ep after I download and watch it I've seen it! He looks beautiful Did you mean the pic on the actors profile bit? Jon was again today outstanding.

I've always loved Hotdad as a character and i've always thought Jon as an amazing actor. But the last few days have been OMG. I dont think i've felt such emotion for a character on a soap for a long time. And i've been watching these past eps on youtube! Jon has been amazing. He hasnt had to shout or scream to get attention but his sadness has been portrayed so well. Love him. Want to give him a massive hug (as Tony of course). I really hope Jon gets a few stories this year. We all like Tony, and we all know he can do them justice. its about time some older cast members get some good meaty storylines. PS I still think this thread needs to be filled with hotdad pics. As im a complete computer idiot i will be gratefully awatiting some peeps to upload some...pretty please?

I really think Amy deserves at least a nomination for a Logie. Im not fromAus so im not exactly sure how they work but im pretty certain theres a best 'actress' award. If it goes purely on acting and not popularity then I really think that Amy should get it. Although Im pretty sure Jess Tovey will be in the running who thinks that Amy should also be up for the award? Saying that Jodi has also had a very strong year so it should be tough. Im pretty sure they wont have any more than two h and a characters in every cat. lets all route for amy though.

I really hope the writers do the pregnancy storyline well. Of course I hope that theres dramas along the way, but i hope there ones that people can relate to, because I know Amy will play them realistically, with believabilty. Im really looking forward to seeing what develops with Rachel (and Tachel) in 2009.

Theres the one on the OS where they do a day in the life of which is pretty interesting and she has been in a few fashion mags, but I think thats about it. If you guys havnt seen the day in the life one, Ill post the link Id love to see a pic of her boyf who she 'loves very much' lol. I understand the being shy thing. Im abit of an actor in my spare time, and although I tend to come across as being confident im actually quite a shy (and sometimes insecure!) person. Its different when your acting though as your playing a different character to yourself, stepping into someone elses body, so you can act however you want to act.

Oooh think I might go and watch that ep now! Wow, i've only been away for two weeks and there are so many spoilers to catch up its crazy, and Tachel chat. I'll let you have my thoughts as soon as I've digested it all and can condense all my thoughts into something slightly shorter than an essay!

I know I really wished they had made more of them telling everyone that they were engagged. Leah and Irene and Geoff were there but we didnt really get to see them telling anyone once else (i dont think?!) Did they even have an engagement party? It seems so long ago now that I cant even remeber, but i dont think they did? I know J and Martha did...it seemed as though they went straight from the proposal to Rics fight storyline...

The scene with her mum was amazing, so emotional, im in tears everytime! I looked at the eps amount and it is on the net but doesnt seem right...maybe its just the eps the have recorded?

Yeh I've always wondered about the 'interruption' thing too! Im guessing there must of been more times aswell, I can only imagine that Jazz used to time it so she purposly barged into them as much as possible! I alwayys find that even if Tony/Rachel/Tachel are in 2/3 eps a week there scenes are always so much shorter than everyone elses...or is that just me wanting ore tachel screen time?!

Thats bcause he's Hotdad LOL I love Tony, hes a wonderful person, a fantastic dad and hes always looking out for people. Its so nice to have someone on a soap that doenst have too many issues! Amy really has had some extremly emotional storylines, and I think she always acts them realisticly. She is a fantastic actress, beautiful and has a gorgeous curvy figure. I agree that Rachel has lost abit of the fun spark that she had when she first joined the show, but she is becomming older and more muture now. Im hoping her and Tony are heading towards coming the stable, solid (permenent ;) ) couple of the show. Does any one know if Amy has renewed her contract because rumour has it Jon has.
