I read this quickly this morning but didn't have time to comment...loved it!! Adelle I like how its not the straight forward 'happy to be having a baby' storyline, I love a bit of drama (well your drama because you alway make it right in the end! lol) I hope Belle doesn't end up doing anything she will regret! I can't wait to see Belle express how she really feels about the baby. I guess for her planning the wedding now is her way of taking control. I wonder what Amanda will have instore for them I really like how you've written Amanda and Belle here, they are both feisty women who butt heads most of the time, but at the end of the day they love each other. And Belle's scene with Irene was great too. They both know Belle in different ways and pick up on things when she is not being completely honest with herself. Can't wait for the next update!!

I wonder how long the pregnancy new is going to be hush hush, I was surprised that Drew didn't guess!

Oohh Ive caught up on all the updates I've missed, and I just wanted to say I love your writing style! Its beautiful! I love the descriptiveness and absence of dialogue, its great! I can understand how Aden feels, but Belle really needs him right now, I hope he reassures her that he is there for her Update soon!!

Exactly! You’ve just confirmed what I suspected. So he didn’t actually assault her did he? I agree with the rest of the stuff as my previous comments concur with this. But I was just enquiring about the earlier “assault” remark made because I recall a similar one in the Anti Aden thread a few weeks ago and the last time I checked, sticking you tongue down someone’s throat if you are both drunk and willing (as your post suggests) is not classed as assault. I seem to recall he did a bit more than just kissing her.He was lying on top of her and touching her in a manner that was highly inappropriate for a girl of fifteen(I think he actually had his hand up her skirt). I'm not sure Tam really was all that willing, he'd got her in such a state that she was virtually insensible at the time and not really capable of consenting to anything.The video of the two of them together did actually look as though they were having sex.Aden denied that that's what happened or what would have happened and I believe him but it was a very uncomfortable situation. They were kissing and he put his leg over her, but that's about it. She was wearing pants too so his hand wasn't up her skirt and they both had all their clothes. I'm not defending Aden, what he did was horrible and he took advantage of Tam, but I think it got blown way out of proportion. Tam willingly got drunk with him, it wasn't like he was forcing it down her throat. Obviously she wasn't in the state of mind to make any kind of decisions, but there comes a point in time where you have to take responsibility for your own actions, and not blame others. It happens all the time, a girl gets so wasted that she ends up doing something she regrets with a guy, and all of a sudden the guy is an evil rapist who needs to be locked up. I'm not saying that taking advantage of drunk girls/boys is fine, its not. But you have to take some responsiblity if you willingly get yourself drunk. Aden was clearly in the wrong in that situation, but Tam wasn't completely innocent either. I also think that its possible that this storyline was written before Todd was given a full contract and the abuse back story, which could explain why there are inconsistencies with Aden's character. I highly doubt that the sexually abused Aden would have tried it on wth Tam in the manner in which he did, especially given how he reacted when Axel went for Melody.

I think the whole point of having to councelling storyline was to show that Aden understood that what he was doing was wrong and showed him becoming a 'reformed citizen'. It court, he accepted responsibility for his actions and admitted that he had to stop blaming other people for his mistakes. He has changed, he's not the angry abusive young man he used to be who yelled abuse at people for no particular reason. Aden has had many opportunities to go back to his old ways of being aggressive and lashing out, but he hasn't. He could have easily hit back at Angelo after he threw him to the ground, but chose not to. He is getting along with people who he hasn't in the past, Irene especially. It's subjective of course, but given the situation with Axel if something simular came up, I think he would handle it differently.

I think we could all write an in depth thousand word essay on how brilliant Todd's acting is. I don't see Todd on my tv I see Aden, its all Aden and it's all real. The guy is a genius, that's all I'm going to say. I'm liking this new side to Aden, the caring and compassionate Aden, the sweet side that comes out when he's with Belle. I love how protective he has become of her, an yet he doesn't smother her. And I love his little family with Roman and Nic, they all have such great non-sexual chemistry with each other. I love how arrogant and cheeky he still is, he hasn't changed completely. Having a go at Angelo at the meeting was asking for trouble, but entertaining none the less

Oh Belle, you really know how to screw things up! I'm not even going to try and defend Belle's deceitfulness tonight. Once she was busted, she really had no reason to lie other than she was too scared to face Angelo, his feelings we going to get hurt either way. Hopefully she's learnt her lesson that lying to save someones feelings will only blow up in her face, again and again... You could tell when she was trying to break up with him, Angelo was pretending like he knew nothing because he didn't want to give her the easy way out, he was content to see her squirm. I do feel sorry for her, she's in way over her head and struggling to deal with everything. Jess was fantastic in her scenes today, especially the one where she was breaking it off with Angelo. Todd must have given her a hug after that one I think Jess is a good contender for a silver logie, she has been brilliant all year. She's got my vote

I can't stand Melody either. No doubt Celeste is a great actress, but Melody is so irritating and judgemental and everything else everyone here has said. A real shame she's going to be around for a while... And I know I'm probably going to be in the minority here, but I don't really like her scenes with Aden. I don't buy that little friendship, it just seems to unrealistic and uncomfortable. Yeah, they bonded for a little while in the clinic, but what Melody went through with Axel was nothing compared to what Aden experienced, there is hardly any common ground. Aden has much better things to do than waste screen time with her. And having a sheltered childhood is ne excuse for acting like the way she is with Geoff, I know she's gone a bit crazy, but whatever, it bores me to death. Nicole is a much more interesting and better match for Geoff. At least she knows what she is and doesn't try to deny it or justify it to anyone, and deep down is a decent human being.

I disagree. Belle actions were expedient and with a little thought and imagination she could have achieved the same ends regarding the toxic waste dump, but in a more honourable manner. You're right, there are ways Belle could have handled this situation much better, avoiding this whole love triangle/sneaking around business. But I think it's gotten to a point now in her investigation where she needs the police support to bring down the developers and coupled with the fact that Angelo has become increasingly protective and serious about thier relationship, she knows that breaking up with him would no doubt jepordise her chances of stopping the development. The only reason Angelo has gone out on a limb to support Belle's cause because she's his girlfriend and he can see how much it means to her. Belle should have never gotten involved with Angelo in the first place, seeing as she was still in love with Aden at the time. She should have broken up with Angelo as soon as she admitted to herself that she was still very much into Aden. She shouldn't have slept with Angelo out of guilt and after she had just declared her love for Aden to Aden. And she shouldn't have slept with Aden while still with Angelo. But that wouldn't make for interesting viewing if everyone did the right thing all the time and no one's heart gets broken... I guess we will just have to agree to disagree

Belle's my favourite character, and the reason I started watching h&a. She's different and edgy and doesn't care what any one else thinks of her. She's done some stupid things, but she's a flawed character and I love the fact that she isn't trying to be the perfect everything. She does go in and out of relationships quickly, but I think that's built into her character. She's just craving that love and attention she must not have felt growning up, which is why she came to SB in the first place. I'm loving her toxic waste storyline, it's about time she got something to do other than focusing on relationship dramas. Although she did a great job with the Aden/abuse storyline, Todd got most of the credit for that, but I don't think he would have carried it as well if it wasn't for Jess/Belle. I also hate the fact that they have dragged out this love triangle, but I do think untimately that solving the toxic waste scandal is much bigger than Aden/Belle or Belle/Angelo, people are dying, and a person's life is much more important than someone's elses ego/feelings. It's not right, but it sort of justifies why Belle hasn't come clean yet. Looking forward to the upcoming episodes, the toxic waste stuff is starting to get exciting.

Loved it!! Aw, I want Aden to take me on a trip around the world! Not fair Brilliant, loved the fluff! The Nic/Aden scenes were great too And yay for Aden getting into Uni!! He must be the perfect guy, in every way. Damn, if only he were real! Oh I can't wait for the sequel!! (But get your assignments done first, no rush, we can be patient!)
