Yes there is three ad breaks in Aus. It is actually in every 30 min show. There are 6 ad breaks in every 60 min show.

Maybe individually I'd say. They might read the one letter and say ' I don't think so, or 'I don't think EVERYONE has time for this'. So yeah, go with individuals is the best bet. But don't take my word on it. You asked for help, that's just what I'd do, that's all.
