after reading it fully and in more detail (read it on the way home from going out for lunch on my phone) I can see this is going to be a good story, even better cause its dedicated to me ha! really liked the prologue - and enjoyed the little references to your last fic 'The Lost Letter' looking forward to the next chapter!

I think we can allow her some time to rebel but with Roman's arrest it brings up some further scenes wayy in the future when we get a prison-scarred Roman turning up at The Diner haha As long as this rebellion isn't as extensive as Melody's - because that was painful and boring

I was rather confused by the end of the fic and you had a G/N engagement but nothing seemed to come of it - after they returned home we only saw them in fleeting appearances

That was definatley worth the wait.. such a brilliant way to round of the story and I hope you do write more soon because you definatley show a talent in it. I am much anticipating your further work.. Thanks for such an entertaining and gripping read

There is no chemistry between them, at least we had a smidgen between G&N but none here. Just because they shared some elements of childhood doesn't mean they should be in a relationship.

Wouldn't surprise me if his Christian Values have taken a bit of a back seat - nobody can ever live a perfect life and the way they had him constantly judging people broke up the relationship I liked most (Geoff & Nicole). There hasn't been a sniff of a paternity issue so far so that might just be something that was created by fans as a possible get-out clause for Geoff (More than likely came from G&N shippers so we had a way to get them back together) I don't like the relationship, I feel its been rushed and it wouldn't surprise me if his feelings for Nicole and her feelings for Lachie (both somewhat unresolved) come up somewhere..

I lost this fiction a bit - but I have found it and caught up with the chapters you have written since I last read it. I really like it, its punchy and powerful - has a few laughter moments - and a few moments when you want to punch characters in the back of the head. It's pretty well rounded and I can't wait to see where you take it next!

unless time stops between chapters - leaving a guy crumpled at the bottom of some stairs for this long would surely kill him! I hope you update it soon
