Thats another way to look at a possible Slid/Lid/Leah&Sid pairing (whatever!) - maybe it could lead into a heart to heart with Geoff and.. and [sorry, keep getting carried away with the whole Niff pairing] I have already expressed my opinion on a Nicole/Sid mutual relationship but just wanted to add my two cents to the quoted post... because that is the way I see the storyline unfolding.. although, something inside me is saying that nothing could really come of any romantic angles involving Sid as he is currently a guest - moving back to the City when Rachel returns to her job (i guess) although, with all this that could be a while longer than the usual maternity leave.

I hate continuity errors as much as the next H&A fan, as it takes away from this sense of realism that they try and instill in characters and storylines.. I mean they try and make the storylines in the show relate to real life situations.. but they can't get a simple thing as age right.. How is your storyline ever going to match up to the trials and tribulations of a sudden downward spiral in an already vunerable (due to pre-bay events, the island etc.) teenager after a build up of agnst, pain and pressure [as in Nicole's case] if her age keeps moving from one number to the next.. or in her case staying the same for a prolonged amount of time... and, another thing - how are teenagers meant to grow and mature with time if we have a clouded representation of their age? anyway, rant over - I hope it makes sense. and by the way, I think Tessa's acting has been of the highest quality recently - and also feel a reunion with Geoff is all we need now!.. it makes sense because both characters have changed and strengthened.. I think they could make it work.. especially seeing as Geoff has got over his fear or reluctance to show physical affection.. [if he hasn't he will just be the biggest hypocrite in television history] I have a feeling the relationship will be reborn out of the ashes of Nicole's downward spiral..

--- I agree with your comments on both Niff and Leah - and just to explore the Niff idea further I think they won't get together 'in the moment' but because of their current relationship and the support they will give each other [assuming they will support each other] they will realise that they are perfect for each other and need to give it another chance - because life is too short and all that emotive, tear-jerking jazz As for Leah, she is denying her feelings because of his history with women but that will fade sooner than summer bay sunburn.

I think you'll find that it's Nicole that develops feelings for Sid after he offers her advice and does his 'thing' as a Doctor. I think it would be wrong if he returns the feelings A) he is in a position of authority, and would essentially be preying on a vunerable teenage girl who doesn't know where she is in her head at the moment B) he is, as far as we know a guest character C) [and this one is a bit personal, A Geoff/Nicole reunion would be perfect right now] with the whole Belle/Aden.. Life's too short thing

Really liked that chapter, brilliantly written.. I agree with Red Ranger though.. the problems they have need to be addressed or they will never be truly happy - and I think everyone who reads this fic wants that for their favorite fictional romance!

Those three chapters were brilliant, loved Ella & Roman's wedding present to Geoff and Nicole.. Can't wait to see how they react... Really liked the Niff moments in the last few chapters too Looking forward to the next chapter

Never really digged Luc & Mattie as a couple, prefer her and Ric by a long shot but the way you write them is good. wait.. Sounds interesting, don't like the sound of a suicide to be honest... but I suspect it will add another dimension to the story. I just hope it's not Nicole or Geoff.. and that the secret affection is revealed.. but, thats just a Niff shipper talking! Looking forward to the next chapter

Now you mention it - I can see the simila similarities how odd Ooh yeah , I knew she looked like someone ! I don't quite know what to make of her yet , she seems very like Nicole in some ways , they both seem to be into fashion and I actually think these 2 could become great friends. Judging by Samara's interview on the Official Site Indigo and Nicole are due some confrontations (Maybe...sorry, Hopefully over Geoff ) Also, I'm under the impression that she is a guest cast member, I mean - her dad has no reason to stick around after Rachel returns to work

you could see that he was hurting as well, it was wrong of her to push him away. although she will realise that it doesn't matter how much she throws at him he keeps coming back and never really holds it against her and that might show them both that they belong together, - the Indigo/Geoff/Nicole love triangle seems quite plausible now.. even though Geoff only has eyes for Nic.. that scene at school shows that.
