On another note, well done to Esther and the producers for keeping mum on the whole thing! Nothing was confirmed by neither Esther nor the show so despite several articles being posted to this board, I still had my doubts over whether Charlie would die or not. It really could have gone either way for awhile.

Tonight's episode was just amazing! Incredibly upsetting and moving. And just such amazing acting. Steve Peacocke and Rebecca Breeds for a 2012 Logie!! I can genuinely say that I did not expect this to be the ending for Charlie and Brax. But I guess Charlie's life was at risk the minute Jake's gang found out about them, and especially since she killed Hammer. I surprised that neither of them really realised that.. And the music in the last scene just added it all beautifully yet heartbreaking too! Tomorrow's episode should be amazing too! Just... wow.

Damn, todays episode was a seriosu tearjerker! Elijah's presence angered me a little but I'm gona let that pass. Heart palpitations through the entire episode...wow-wee! Brain death had never really occurred to me...I had been thinking that she lost too much blood or her wounds were too extensive, but brain death does make much more sense and definately dappens the hope of many Chax fans of her waking up! Not even a soap could pull off someone awaking from brain death! Didn't really like the fact that Brax was in the police station while Charlie was in hospital! His place is with her! He's angry, yaah, but he should've been by her side instead of trying to kill Jake! Felt so sorry for him at the end when he wants to have a say in turning off Charlie's life support! He so desperately wants her to be ok! Poor thing! Amazing how love can reduce a man as strong as Brax to tears! It's so cruel to think that she was just lying there in that bed, as beautiful as she is, and she is dead! To think that they were meant to be going to the city that exact same day! If they had only left a day earlier! Life, well soap-life, is just cruel like that!

While I actually don't know the show that you're talking about, I love the comparisons that you draw between the different characters. I definately agree with you when you suggest that Heath's behaviour is as a result of Brax's influence and the fact that Heath is perhaps as smart or clued-in as Brax is. Heath ploughs away with whatever he's different but Brax always then thinks of the fallout too if anything bad happened. Perhaps Heath would be a better guy without Brax's influence...?

I absolutely love your latest colouring on the Romeo/Ruby icons, Jen! The two that I have quoted above are my favourites! The cropping is really great and I think the colouring suits them the best. However, of the two different colourings, I actually prefer your original colouring and so I was wondering if you could crop me a few icons from the original up at This link..?Would you be able to crop for me #1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20 & 26? --HAA is using my favourite one out of that batch so unfortunately I will have to use my second favourite! I was going to! But then I wasn't really inspired and couldn't decide what I wanted to do. Do I just stick Santa Hats on them? Or like I normally do, where I do "All I Want for Christmas is ..."? Just thinking back over Charlie and Brax as a couple, I remember thinking once, way back at the beginning of their relationship, that similar they were to Adelle, as in the amount of people that loved that and just the hype around them alone. But in hindsight, I think that Charlie and Brax were actually much more forced by the writers and producers than Adelle was, especially the idea of them being one of the shows most "epic" couples. The popularity of Adelle and their epic-ness came naturally just through the beauty of their relationship. I don't think anyone thought at first that Adelle would become as big as they did. On the other hand however, I think the writers/producers forced Charlie and Brax to be amazing and epic too. In the last week or so, videos has been posted on the OS going over Charlie and Brax's best moments with tag words such as epic or best couple of the year. That is the shows say rather than the fans. I'm not denying that Charlie and Brax were a great couple, I just think that, in the last year, the producers/writers tried to create another Adelle in the form of Charlie and Brax but that, with the latter, it was much more forced. To me, they failed. The idea Charlie and Brax being moulded into a "never will we forget" couple has just made me realise how completely different they were to Adelle, and that there should really be no comparison. Never. Charlie and Brax were definately a memorable couple but for me, they don't really stand out for me as an epic home and away supercouple. Their relationship just became too forced, in my opinion. If Charlie does in the new season, her relationship with Brax will be remembered for that reason alone; that their love was cut short before it really had a chance to begin. But for me, that will be it. To me, they are not another home and away supercouple like Adelle or Jack and Martha, they are just a hot, exciting couple whose end unfortunately came too soon.

I absolutely LOVE your latest update, Jen! The colours are just so bright and vibrant, it kinda reminds me of bubblegum. Like bright bubblegum colours! It's sounds silly, I know, but that word just sprung to my head the minute I saw them! And they are all so stunning! The Dex/April and the April/Xavier ones are especially beautiful! Such bright colours! Looking forward to more!

Jack and Martha were the very first h&a couple that I started rooting for when I began watching the show. I think they had only just got together when I started watching it. It was heartbreaking seeing Jack being shot in 2009 season finale! One of the biggest tv shocks of my life! I never saw it coming! Jack and Martha were one of those rare couples on the show that no matter how many times they got back together, fought, broke up and got back together again, they really never stopped loving eachother. And so I think their fans always knew that one day they would get back together. Unlike other couples on the show, Martha and Jack were given a real chance to show their relationship on the show. Their characters were on the show long enough that we could really see their relationship develop, and everybody began to realise how perfect they were for eachother. What is annoying me now however is that it looks like I'm going off topic so I'm going to stop before I'm given out to! Jack and Martha will always be one of my favourite couples on the show! I miss them so much! </3

I know she can be a bit selfish and a bit scary too sometimes, but I really hope that Quinn and Puck get Beth back. For Puck especially, because he absolutely adores her (when he sings to her ) and you can see that she loves and knows who he is too. Quinn's intentions are good, I think, and while I know she really only wants Beth for herself, not necessarily for Beth's own good, I do think she should be given at least a chance to be a mother to Beth. After the birth, she didn't even really think about being Beth's mother, and I thought it was quite horrible how Shelby swooped in and claimed Beth for her own! She is a manipulative cow! I don't like her at all! I don't however think the odds of Quinn getting Beth back are good...I'm not sure what happens in America in the birth mother claims for full custody again. Surely the courts would at least give her a chance to prove herself to be a fit mother...?! Looking forward to watching 'I Kissed A Girl' tomorrow...looks like there will be one or two sweet scenes between Puck and Quinn and there might be more info on the Beth situation!

Omg DocZed, I am really going to miss your rants after every episode that Brax is in! It may be a ghost thread when it comes to posts but believe me, I and tonnes of others no doubt, read your rants everyday! I pretty much agree with you about everything. I'm pretty much resigned to the fact now that Charlie Seeing that the OS have released a gallery of their best moments and that the sneak peek for next year shows a summary of all their best moments, the idea of Charlie doesn't look all that possible to me... Hopefully, I'll be proofed wrong...although it does seem unlikely. Jeez, I wish we didn't have to wait...6 weeks and 3 days to find out what happens! Waiting over the weekend alone kills me sometimes!
