Stone the Crows!! I can't believe nobody has come on to appreciate the fine specimen of pure, unadulterated masculinity that is Alfred 'Alf' Stewart. Shame on you Back to the Bay forum users. Alf Stewart has helped save the lives of pretty much every other character in H&A history (as the Captain of all SB rescue teams), as well as be a shoulder to cry on, a father/grandfather figure for many a young buck, and given a metaphorical kick up the a**se to anyone who has needed it over the years. He is a Bay legend!!

Home and Away and Period drama happen to be two of my favourite things, so I am absolutely loving this fiction. I was wondering if you were going to make Roman a cad like Wickham, and am really looking forward to finding out what happened with Martha. I hope you are going to work in the scene of (Aden) Darcy walking to his house after taking a dip in his pond, surely Belle Buckton couldn't resist that!!! I imagine Aden would look particularly good in breeches and riding boots...

Colleen is one of my fave charactors. She is always good for a bit of light relief, but has a really good heart too. I think everybody knows a Colleen (she really reminds me of my aunt, although I won't tell her that!)

I am absolutely loving this fic - Aden's reactions have been spot on. Can't wait for more!
