it fine, im glad i can get so many peoples opinions. its funny how we take to people (characters in this case) so differently, and i like it that it can be discussed on here no offence taken x

For the record, once again, I do think that Amy is a great actress. Amy deserves all the praise she gets. Rachel is a great character. Any character who can make someone genuinely hate them (leaving out bad acting or writing), by default, is a great character. It means that they are portrayed with enough strength and reality to make the reactions to them - both positive and negative - strong and real. I just happen to be on the negative end of the scale, and I'm not in here to diminish anyone's right to be on the positive end. My reasons are many and varied, and I won't go over them again. As the song goes, "if you don't know me by now, you will never, never, never know me." Let's just all hold hands and be friends, okay? Give peace a chance! okay i did'nt realise this had been brought up before, but i did say everyone has an opinion and i appreciate that shes not everyone cup of tea. but i was just saying i liked her character and that i personally did'nt know the reasons why some people dont like her character i was'nt trying to offend anyone and i hope i havent i was just a passing note from some of the things ive read

ooh i know i was teary the whole way through - the part when rachel could pronounce him dead then went to see tony was just perfect, when all the flash backs with tony and roman i was blubbering like a baby - could'nt stop - and then when see tried to gather herself before going into j/m to see tony was so sweet and then i was off again when rach and tony were crying i had to re-watch it about a million time just to get to see it all the episode

i totally agree - looking back on some of the comments i cant belive how some people hate her -personally i think she amazing by far the best actress and the most interesting character too but i suppose everyone has an opinion and u cant like everyone - but i really dont know what the deal is

all i can say is wow, what an episode i was in floods of tears. rachels character showed just what a strong woman she is and amy mathews what a performance soo believable - i think im gonna have to watch the episode all over again see if i can not cry this time and see all the little bits i missed due to wiping away tears

i have enjoyed - the funniest scene has got to be when tachel are at tonys place having take away and rach says some thing about alf knowing his wine - and tonys line was "sooo you like a mature drop" and they both burst out laughing- as did i so funny and they are both so happy - im hoping they get back to having fun like that

im so excited about the ep tomorrow - but as im snowy wales and i cant go out im think im gonna recap on all the fab tachel moments of 2008 - so can anyone recommend some of their best episodes so i can go on youtube and watch them all day

kirsty i completly agree with all your points-rachels character is, in my opinion, the most versitile of all characters on the show at the moment - i think as aden has such a massive fan followin they all saw the situation from his point (which rachel did in the end too) and did'nt concider how rach would deal with it and the baby stuff could have been more fun i just wish we could have seen tachel scenes where they were getting to the right temp and eating the right foods or rach getting tony from work as it was the right time of day - it would havebeen very funny to watch hopefully we will see some amazing emotional nscenes at the begining if the year and some fun happy 1 towards easter time

Since we cant upload ep 4765, I've been looking back at some amazing scenes between Tachel, and the Sam stuff was very good, but my fav is the one when Tony comes back after his litlle blip with Bridget - it so sweet and when he tells her omg i could nearly have cried to

iv finally decided to get in here and write something, as ive been reading for a while - i love rachel and tony they are so cute together. i really hope that 'peanut' is gonna be ok and that is not the start of borin 'tachel' stories
