like you said its quite natural and I dont think it would of worked well if it was Martha shutting the world away - and its jus that...its not just rachel is about everyone Dont forget hes lost Kate (first wife) Beth and now Jack- he probally feels if he let anyone else in that he will just end up loosing them too

I feel like I want to jump into the telly and give Tony a great big hug I thought that he would yell at xavior and ruby but his reaction was 10000 times worse and once again well delivered even when he doesnt have dialog, Jon can make you feel what his character is going through loved the episode with him and rach talking about the champers - very cute Great acting again

good point Charmed everyone is so busy running after Matha that Rachel is the only that seems to be there for him (hugo is busy sticking his nose where is not warrented, xavior is a teen and no one can contact lucas) - its going to work out in the end

they were great again this episode - Tony seems so lost and Rachel doesnt know what she can do Hopefully now he will confide in her more And I cant stand certain posters who want to have a go at them for how they are feeling right now - how cold! that end of the scean with aden and belle and they are having that talk about the artical and they talk about tony in the end and they focused on him was brilliantly done and so poinent

I like the first episode and being out of the feild adds a edge to the show I feel he was very very close to Ricky and Dan and one is brutally murdered and the other goes off without talking to him let alone anyone else (writers not to blame obviously) and he hasnt been able to deal with it yet
