Really really dull.

I didn't like him at first either, but now I love him. He's even made Xavier likable!!! I think he's the best main character, for some time - til they ruin him, of course.
-
At least one off them will leave by mid 2011. No-one sticks around for more than their initial contract these days. They arrived around the same time, I believe, so I've a feeling that they'll get married and move to 'The City' - when their contracts expire.
-
Tonight's episodes confirmed (for me, anyway) that Chris Gascoyne is easily the best actor on the show.
-
Well, tonight's episode confirmed a few rules in Summer Bay - for the locals to follow; 1 - never ever go anywhere near Leah... if you're a man! 2 - Never open a business (of some kind) in Summer Bay, it will always burn down or get destroyed by an earthquake....and 3 - the locals mustn't tolerate minorities...explaining this 'Kristallnacht-esque' episode...and the presence of all the shirtless, buff and blond Hitler Youth members traipsing all over the place.

Mild and sunny.

Crap...wet 'n' windy.

Acting is one of those subjective things, I guess. Maisie's acting is very OTT, IMO. Yes, she's meant to be hysterical but I don't find it very convincing and a bit overdone considering it wasn't as if her and Ryan had slept together and were planning to spend their lives together.Still, she's not the worst on the show - the two young Barton girls are owed that accolade. Faye has been pretty lackluster recently, too As for Esther Anderson, IMO, she can't act - but she's popular, so she must be doing something right

It snowed - again.
-
I was skeptical at the start (mainly cos 7 were promoting the character with his shirt off all the time) but now I think he's great. The best main cast addition for some time, in fact. His awesomeness is even starting to make Xavier more lifelike and that's some achievement.

True. Such a waste - especially when they pay Ray so much. I reckon the show moving away from all the cop stuff (hopefully) will mean more Alf screen-time.
-
Me too. The whole mother-daughter/Grant story-line, imo, has turned Ruby into a deeply unlikeable character and I've never really warmed to Charlie.
-
The woman in this still from upcoming miniseries 'The Pacific' (sequel to Band of Brothers - the best TV show EVER!!!) looks kinda similar to Kate Bell (Joey). She is gonna be in it...with Isabel Lucas and Ian Meadows (Rocco) :) http://tvmedia.ign.com/tv/image/article/10...236545_640w.jpg

I soooooo wish that had happened. Those two would have worked really well together - me thinks. Anyone knows what the actor is doing these days? His IMDB profile don't say much.
-
LOL. Maisie's OTT to 'acting' has returned. I thought Esther Anderson was bad I miss Mark - not the same without his bumbling, ATM.

Gone cold - again. Snow on the Shropshire Hills again = more sledging

LMAO @ last nights episode. It was like a low budget bond movie (with some Usual Suspects spliced in) with all the speedboats, guns, sneaking around and fighting in it. It was definitely a first - for a soap Hugo's now my hero! - for knocking out Charlie. I wish he could do the same to Ruby - it might knock some sense into her...
-
I actually feel more Sorry for Joe... He came into the show as a smartly dressed/confident/pretty-successful-middle-aged-man - then, he met the 'Curse' AKA Gail.
-
I'm losing the will to stick with Corrie. Tonight's episodes were pure dross. I'll think I'll stop watching -
-
Dull.

That 'Gestapo' bloke who appeared with the Bishop today was well creepy. Was he on Father Ted one-time? Yes, she's a selfish bitch - but her and Jimmy are good for each other, imo. Nice to see Chas show off her considerate side toady. Mind you, killer Carl was hardly accommodating towards Aaron...
-
It weren't just the public - the Daily Mail's soap critic (whom I usually respect) thought along the same lines, too Kevin was such a tosser to his daughter tonight. The writing for this whole 'Molvin' story-line is just complete toss. As if anyone would be that hung up over Molly I feel for the actor that plays Joe. It's as if the scriptwriters , as if anyone would be that shameless to steal a few quid from a Charity box? It's hardly EastEnders.

Thank God that christening story-line is over. As much as I like 'Nico' and Jimmy, It was starting to get tedious. Spode is soooo ridiculous a character. Her departure better be explosive and worth it - to make up for all the stupid writing. And, why didn't Ashley go to be with Laurel right away - now that there's nothing stopping him leaving?
-
That Ashley running over Spode scene was really really freaky. And her face, just before he splatted her, looked totally demented.
