Sorry, now I see. He's not really an important character though - certainly not one to have thread for..
-
What?.. Okayyyy.. Toby Levins I believe, but it's not like he's in it anymore.. if he ever was..
-
I think it's a plot device - to enable her to lay low outta the way of Gardy, at Leah's. However I hope they remain friends still.

Man; though I'm warming to Angelo pretty fast - how dumb was it to go drinkin in the only bar in town, when you're persona non grata...to say the least. Especially when the proprietor is the Grandfather of your victims Widow...

Brian Knight I think...definitely Brian anyway. Brian Knight was his alias.(Apparently.I could have sworn they said Brian McKnight.)His real name was Brian Forbes. Thanks soooo much for that! Just read the characters bio in the cast section. Yay - brings back memories of the shows glory days...

Off topic here; but if I was Ruby when Annie said to her 'perhaps Charlie would be happy with a man', I would have shot back: 'Next time my sister finds you trapped down a storm drain...I'm gonna tell her to, leave you there to drown. Beatch...' In regards to Ruby/Nicole's friendship; though I like it, there's something a bit random about the whole thing. Like it being plot device in the whole Roman/Gardy/Nicole story... Totally what I was thinking. I would have loved if Ruby had said "Well maybe YOU would be happier if Charlie left you down the storm drain!" As random as Nicole/Ruby is, I can forgive that because its seems natural that they would be friends and they work together well. The show has been missing a teen girl close friends pairing for a while and they work well together. Plus, its about time they got Nicole a female friend since she has been saying that she would really like one for a while, remember how she tried to make friends with Belle at one point and then Joey. Most of the girls around her age did have a negative impression of her, thinking she was a tart or out to steal their boyfriends which is a shame because I think early Nicole's attitude was all a bit of a front. Ruby seems pretty non judgemental so she's an appropriate friend for Nicole. Could be that Ruby has grown up a bit, since the whole thing between her sister and Joey. The writers may be reflecting this in depicting her striking up a friendship with someone older like Nicole and distancing herself from that Troll Annie.

Brian Knight I think...definitely Brian anyway. Thanks for replying. I'm gonna look in the cast section to see if I can find him..

What was the full name of the guy who was known as 'Dodge'. If he ever had one that is...
-
I think his acting has been exceptional in this part. Loved him in Blue Water high -- Series 3 -- too. A very versatile actor, IMO.
-
Gotta admit - he really looks cool in that Marine Cop jumpsuit he wears when on duty.
-
Thanks for that.

What was the name of the guy that caught the shark, after it killed Rory? This was in the early 90's. I think he was also responsible for Bobbies death - in a boating accident..

I'm so glad that she has been given a meaty role that she can sink her teeth into. Lynne must have been getting really bored of just serving customers at the diner.

Yeah I agree with you . I haven't liked her atall and always found her to be a bit simple and her relationship with Charlie was the weirdest thing ever. They just did not suit at all and I think if she wan't one half of the lesbian relationship then she wouldn't have been as pop Simple? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! If you want simple then look no further than Geoff. Yes she may have been a lowly fisherwoman with some hilarious WTF lines...but tell that to Hugo when she played him to get an admission of the cheatage after spotting the 'Earring of Doom' at his place. I'm thinkin' she should join the Police force IF she comes back. With her budding detective skills and aptitude being displayed thanks to the earring debacle, she could easily end up as Charlies boss within 5-10 years. LMFAO!!!

Gotta say it...I hate Hugo; he as an absolute selfish @rsehole. But obviously that's the way the writers want him to be. Fair enough, the show would be boring if everyone were all nice and considerate. Furthermore; he can act at least - which can't be said for most of the recent cast editions. Plus I loved Bernard as Luke in Neighbours.

Either of those would be the coolest household in the Bay. No offense to Leah but Ruby/Charlie need to move out and get their own place then they can live with Aden. I can't say yes or not to this but the way they are restrictive doesn't really help actors play a convincing couple. You all remember GayMatt from Melrose Place who wasn't even allowed to stand within a few feet of his boyfriend. That wasn't the only reason too:- The fact that the storyline was way too rushed didn't help..how long was Joey in the show? less than 3 months I think. And she was already in love with Charlie after 1 kiss? LOL! Still I liked Joey, but why didn't they cast Kate Bell permanently from the start and run it over at least 6 months??? Did she have other work on or were the producers and executives just testin the waters?

Personally I found him to be a bit of a boring plank til Belle dumped him and he got mad...after that he got more interesting. Plus I felt sorry for him after he shot Jack cos it was obviously an accident...and he was very cut up by the whole thing. Now that he's back permanently, I hope he get's some really good story lines after his latest one, rather than him just being a happy go lucky cop. That would be boring.

Each to their own I suppose. Personally; I thought the chemistry between them was really good at the start of the story line when they were hanging out as friends...and later on when they were a couple - the scene where they were playfully cleaning the graffiti off charlies car or when they were running on the Beach for example... Maybe if they were allowed to show more passion in their intimate scenes -- like straight couples are in the show -- then they wouldn't have looked so awkward - just a thought. Anyway I hope she comes back. I'm not really bothered, to be honest, if she gets back with Charlie or not - cos it wouldn't really last anyway, what with charlie being so rubbish at relationships. Why? personally I found the character to be rather refreshing for a teen in this show, in that she came across as quite street smart and headstrong yet so innocent and gentle at the same time. Plus her Aden and Nicole would make a good group of friends IMO.
