I think the RB's all have their storylines coming, Brax has his and I truly do believe that Heath has his coming. It would be such a waste if they didnt utilise his skills or at least give him a chance to develop. I love his character - his facial expressions ands just some of the things he comes out with absolutely crack me up - he has some one liners that are just 'GOLD'

If she is sleeping with him just to bust an investigation wide open then that is wrong the same as if he is sleeping with her to try to cover his tracks - wrong, wrong, wrong!!! A cop even undercover wouldn't be sleeping with the enemy well not in the real world but summer bay well that is another story, and if I am wrong then you can all slap me - duck look out!!!!!!

Don't give up on your theory re the twist - there is something we don't know about as why would his mum get arrested etc. and words like 'I 'm a dead man' as shown in the promo - I still think he is helping the police with this investigation somehow maybe to protect his mum????? and Charlie I think is aware of this just by the little comments that have been made especially the comment about Brax being in real danger if Heath & Ma Braxton found out they were together - Maybe that slap I said to give me is getting closer though LOL!!!! I will be so angry if she has been working undercover so to speak and investigating him and sleeping with him to blow the whole thing wide open as that is just so wrong for a police officer to do - a prostitute maybe but not a cop!

I don't think he will physically abuse Charlie ever at all !!! - emotionally maybe (which is just as bad in my opinion) but I cannot see the writers turning him into a 'woman basher'. it wouldn't happen.

I hardly think an actor as good as Steve Peacocke has been, is going to go anywhere anytime soon - H&A had it's highest ratings in years last week with 1.2 million viewers watching so I cannot see the writers etc. getting rid of a regular cast member which he is (not a guest) - could happen but i don't think so imo! Love him or hate him he has portrayed his character Brax fantastically and I think he is one aussie actor who they were lucky to find for this role. I love watching him and the River Boys - made the show 100 times more interesting!

i agree with that Glad some one does for 2 characters who have been on the show so long and had so many full on story lines I thought it was the easy options for the writers and a huge letdown for the fans.

I was really disappointed in the way they were written out - it was a bit too random and as for there final night (my opinion only) I thought it was rushed and quite a weak storyline.

Too bad it's all based on lies and deceptions. I for one, hope that she doesn't stay the gullible fool who buys every lie told to her by this man. This isn't the Charlie who first came onto the show, that Charlie did her job and she didn't really care who she put off side to do it; this Charlie is being made a fool of and is certainly not doing her job - she's allowed herself to be compromised. If the writers ever allow her to find out, she's not going to be fun or feisty, she's going to be utterly devastated and humiliated, all because she let herself believe this man's lies. Charlie deserves to be with someone who respects her and can be honest with her and that's certainly not Brax, because he has done nothing but lie and deceive her and that's about all he is ever capable of; let's face it, he can never be honest without her arresting him, though with the way the writers have her eating out of his hand, she'll probably let him off and take him to bed instead. Cop Charlie was feisty, she did her job and she had fun (I agree, she was a little dull when with Angelo, but much better when she was in separate scenes to him); this Charlie just seems to have sex, swallow his lies and compromise herself. For me, cop Charlie is miles better than the Charlie who's been on the past few weeks - at least I could respect that character a little more, unlike this Charlie who so easily allowed herself to be seduced by a man she knows deep down is a criminal. Charlie was boring - at least now she is showing some sort of emotion - good or bad! every other love interest she has had to me has been unbelievable and the chemistry minimal or non existant. He does not have her eating out of his hand she knows whats going on and I still think there will be a massive twist to this whole storyline yet. Just my opinion anyway.

I agree... Charlie isn't stupid I too agree he knows alot more than he is letting on and I think there will be a massive twist to this story - I just wonder if she is setting him up after seeing the very short promo shown after 'today tonight' yesterday. If the writers choose to break these 2 up I think I will be switching over to the 'Block' as after watching for years it is always the same with great couples on this show - there are so many directions these 2 can go in and I hope we don't have the whole saga like Jack & Martha and Adelle.

Im thinking he does not want Angelo talking crap and getting involved in his and Charlie's relationship. I think Brax does like Charlie I enjoyed this week also however I think Brax has more on his mind than just Charlie at the moment even though I love these 2 together and think the chemistry is fantastic - I just hope the writers either have the 2 of them together or not!!!! I don't want the whole drawn out relationship crap we have seen so many times on this show previously where eventually you just lose interest. Couples can stay together and have great storylines and this couple could really be utilised especially with Ruby being Charlie's daughter and although Brax is not Casey's dad he is his father figure. Sometimes I actually question the writers as surely not everyone is summer bay is cursed with the relationship hoodo - seperation/divorce rate is a little over the top for a small country town - my opinion anyway

I wouldn't say they are a "rip off of Adelle" ? Do you see this because Belle acted like she didn't like Aden at the start in the same way as Charlie is doing now with Brax ? I personally don't think they are a 'rip off' of Adelle however I do think there are similarities between the two couples - The chemistry between Brax andCharlie is fantastic to watch, Charlie doesn't want anyone to know just like early days with Belle and Aden and the secrecy etc... I just hope the writers do not drag the whole Charlie/Brax relationship out and when they finally get their act together like Adelle one or the other leaves. It would be really good to actually see a relationship develop long term on this show as in the past e.g. Shane & Angel, Rebecca & Travis these were long term and had many a good storyline. My thoughts anyway I just don't want to see the whole drawn out relationship crap again - either get it together or forget it.

I love Brax too and I totally agree with your last sentence! Usually something associated with New Zealanders but I think it's also pretty common in the Northern Territory too........... I love his understatedness - he is always totally in control, even when people think he's not. His family can always rely on him to back them to the hilt, even if they've done the wrong thing - ie, Casey. And it's true what you say - there haven't really been any really "manly men" on the show for a long time! I don't count Jack. Maybe Tony? But he's probably a bit older to appeal to the mid-late 20s demographic! I'm a viewer in her early 40's (sad really aren't I - LOL!) and I think he is gorgeous - and yes you are soooo right very manly - am totally enjoying watching his character and think it will be great to such a blokey bloke around Summer Bay again and I love him and Charlie together sparks just fly as this has been lacking recently.
