I have to say, since Den has been dug up, the conclusion of kat and Alfie, peggy's return and the emotional funeral-not to mention the nifty new camera work eastenders has been great. However with this trip to France it is meant to go right back downhill. This for me isn't worth watching but the gripping emotional events of the last couple of weeks are. I fear that with stunts like these (they may be better than we think i suppose) and the departure of many key characters eastenders is really going to suffer again. However i hope it doesnt! What are everyones views on the current situation! Liam

I know what you mean but the change in Mo was so sudden and it seemed to spring form nowhere! I can't imagine Mo ever falling for Alfie. Mind you i think it was good how Kat was reminiscing. " Don't cry Kit-Kat" Thought it made a nice change to have some references to the past that didnt involve Harry and the rape! Liam

I think the thing with the character is she is meant to be all innocent and naive but the act is wearing thin now! She has played the victim too many times and she must of known it was wrong to get involved with Alfie! Liam

In a way i think i feel sorry for Mo! She has dealt with Trevor, Graham. Alfie and Billy. She does deserve a fantastic ending. After watching both episodes i really enjoyed them as well and am hoping eastenders is finally getting back on track. The only thing is with 9 key cast members leaving i fear this could cause a dip in the soap after they have gone! Liam

I watched. Am in two minds about it. The camera angle at the beginning was very good: a new change but the episode im not sure. Any other views? Liam
