I loved Jade - and Kate Garven was one of the most beautiful people to ever grace the Home and Away set (those big blue eyes and gorgeous blonde hair!!). Unfortunately she was always overshadowed by selfish and stupid Kirsty and her selfish and stupid decisions. Her character was never given the opportunities she deserved. Oh, and I LOVED the Nick and Jade relationship. it has to be one of the best ever!!

I can't believe so many people like this guy! Apart form anything else, it was just plain stupid to make his character Italian and then cast that actor in the role. It is no - I wish they would stop with that. It is not believable, and it is not necessary. And they keep having him take his shirt off all the time - I wish they would stop with that! You know, I would have liked this guy a whole lot more if they hadn't forced such an unsuitable character on us at the beginning. Now they are trying to backtrack, but I have a good memory, and I'm not sure I can forget.

I've been in Canberra, and after a few weeks of scorching sun and 35+ degrees, and then a week of 40 degrees, it's thankfully a 'cool' 29 degrees and cloudy today!!

I am DYING to see it. I've seen ten TV Spots and the two trailers, plus a number of talk show clips, and I'm about to explode with excitement! Hugh wasn't married (or anywhere near as famous) when I first worked with him. I should have chatted him up.......

I hate air conditioning in any situation. It's just awful. And I've spent more of my life in very hot climates than in cold ones. Unfortunately in Asia people think having the air conditioning so strong you need a coat makes a place posh. In restaurants in places like Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka etc the staff can never understand why I ask to sit outside rather than freeze to death in the air conditioned interior!

I've never known a single student who went to uni in their pyjamas, and I've been at uni for 4 years and college for 2 years before that! Nor have I. Here it's raining and it's dark - has been all day.

It isn't strange. I like Bring it On too... I probably thought it was strange because everybody classified it as a "Chick Flick". It's kind of got a cult following. A lot of guys I know like it - in fact I think I know more guys who like it than girls. I don't liike it, but that's because the two main girls in it are two of my least favourite actresses.

I feel inadequate with such a low post count.....

Polluted - we don't have 'weather' here, just different levels of disgusting yellow haze. It's never sunny, never cloudy - or at least not from where we can see.

You know, I've done A LOT of international travel, and I've never had jet lag. Maybe it's because I live by such weird hours annyway. For example, it's after 2:30am in Korea, and I have to work in the morning, but I'm still about an hour away from going to bed!

I just found a link to some incredibly upsetting pictures of Chinese people executing Tibetans. I think it's really important to know about this stuff, but it's so disturbing I don't know if I should give the link........

Why's that? It's Canberra Day on Monday, so if I was going to be here I would have a public holiday. I couldn't miss St Patrick's Day today. I was having a farewell thingy at the pub, and EVERYTHING was green - beer, people etc. We had traditional bands in traditional clothes, and a bunch of Irish dancers going from table to table performing right on top of us!

I'm scared to go and read it now!! Excellent! I really should go to bed. It's 1:30am, and my 'official' going away party is tomorrow afternoon. Instead I am sitting here drinking $300 cognac. It was a present. Now I feel bad because I was pouring it in the dark, and I accidentally missed the glass and poured a huge amount down the sink!

Thanks. I might watch it anyway. I actually have no idea why I didn't watch it tonight!! I kind of forgot. I just got a brand new laptop last week. I realised I was not going to be able to cope for a year without a computer in this day and age! I'm not quite sure how it's going to work overseas. It's going to be fun trying to understand when a Korean computer guy who speaks no English tries to explain it to me! But I'm definitely gong to try and get the internet in my apartment, and, hopefully, the ability to download television shows.

Was it all Kim and Rachel again? I am truly sick of them! Rachel is slowly growing on me. But I will always think she's too old and frumpy for Kim. I think it's because she looks just like my very 'tomboy-like' best friend, who is three years older than me. But then again, I'm leaving the country at 6:25am on Sunday, and I'll be stuck in a scary foreign country for a year. So maybe I should download it!! Hopefully I'll find some way to download the episodes when I get there.
