Cool, I've been enjoying Neighbours too recently. I'm currently trying to get my 5,000 word assignment finished.

Oooh, good luck. I hope it's going okay. How long does it have to be? I've got a 2,500 word assignment and a 5,000 word assignment due by Easter.

I hope you manage to find your creative juices soon BethFaye. I find my best tactic is to take my reading materials off to another room in the house where I don't have my laptop, TV or internet access and force myself to read for at least an hour without distractions. If I get my reading done the writing usually flows much better.

Is there anything in particular stopping you from working?

Ah right, glad to hear it's not just me. What's everyone got planned for today? I need to finish my assignment as I need to take it into uni with me tomorrow.

I watched the BAFTA's last night.

Well I succeeded in getting 1000 words written, so the other 1000 will have to be done at the weekend.

I'm doing a Masters part time. I've booked a study leave day off work for today, so I can get 2,000 word written today to meet my deadlines.

What is your essay on? I need to finish a bit of work stuff tonight so I can start on my essay tomorrow.

I'm sure I spend more time on Netflix browsing through and choosing what I want to watch, than actually watching anything! I have an essay day ahead of me tomorrow.

It's very quiet in this thread, I thought it would've been much busier given there's 3452 pages of it.

I started writing it before Xmas, but it's always the referencing; I forget how long it takes! Oh well, I've submitted it now, just got to wait for my mark.

That's a long break; I guess it gives the UK a chance to catch up. I really shouldn't have left writing my assignment to the last minute. I'm enjoying it, but it's so so slow!

Catching up with friends is always nice Which bit of Australia are you in? I visited Victoria and NSW last year and would love to visit again.

That's a nice long break. Have you got any nice plans for your time off? I went back to work on the 5 Jan this year and already really busy. The bit I don't like about this time of year, is you get up in the dark, go to work in the dark, see a bit of daylight at lunchtime and then drive home in the dark. I'm so not motivated to get up and going when it's this dark outside!
