Oh my goodness that was so beautiful, I could cry just reading it! And she called him Dad, yayy! Normally when she calls him dad it's when she's talking to Ava and Ben but in that moment it was just beautiful! I'm such a big fan of Angelo and Ruby, I love it when they get wee moments like this, and it's so good that Ruby feels she can talk to him, and vice versa. It's nice that Angelo was able to share his marital problems with Ruby, cos they do involve her, so hopefully he will feel better having spoken to her about it. Oh and it was lovely when he said she was his daughter just as much as Ava and Peanut wow! Aw it was just so beautiful, one of my favourite chapters I think! I hope that this is kind of like a new beginning for them, they can put the Ben stuff behind them and forget it ever happened, and move forward with a closer relationship than ever. Beautiful, you are an amazing writer, the emotion was perfect

Haha oh that start made me laugh, and the end. Really really loved that chapter, I'm so glad that Charlie didn't freak out too much, and once the court case is over hopefully she can move past it, with Angelo and Ruby of course it was funny that Ruby told EVERYBODY about the date, it's good that she's excited about their relationship though. Of course you can write mushy lovey dovey stuff, or else I was reading a different fiction! No but seriously, Angelo's wee speel was just beautiful I hope that in time Charlie will become less self-conscious around him, cos if she can't feel comfortable around him she'll never feel comfortable around anyone else. Really liked the stuff with Nic, Ruby etc, it's lovely how they've got back to the friend's stage after so long of not really speaking cos neither one of them knew what to say. Loving this fic, long may it continue! Although I guess it will have to end at some point I hope you've another one in mind!

Awk no, do those two ever stop fighting? I hope that Angelo finds out what's bothering Charlie so that they can sort things out and get back to normal, cos the kids are getting involved and it's not fair. Oh and I'm glad Ruby came home and didn't run away Cute scenes with the kids, really liked it, you wrote the fighting well!

Aw lovely ending! Whoops I didn't realise you had updated Loved this chapter so much and if the build-up to the date is anything to go by the date will be brilliant! Looking forward to it! I'm glad that Charlie and Ruby were able to confide in their friends, and hopefully now they will know what to help them through. I'm glad that Angelo and Roman are getting on now, now that Roman knows maybe he can help Angelo through all of this, cos I'm sure it's a shock to the system, although it doesn't look like Roman is coming to terms with it any time soon. Oh and I loved the "he'll be with you to the end" bit Such a good chapter Date time now!!

Aw cute ending with Ava. Poor poor Ruby, she must feel so awful, and it's hard for the rest of the family cos Charlie and Angelo want to help her through it but don't know how until she comes to them. I hope he gets what he deserves in prison. I can't help but wonder what he knew about Ruby before this..hmm. And I suppose the kids will be asking where he is, it's only going to get harder, I hope Ruby doesn't get any more hurt through all of this, they've only just got her back. I love how Angelo is so good to Charlie and he's able to comfort her and make everything ok. And Morag is great too, you've just got to love the relationship she has with them. Aw that was nice, I love the relationship Charlie and VJ have. And I'm glad things for Leah and Roman are going well now, and they're past the awkward stage with Charlie which is good, and now she can confide in them. It'll be good when Angelo can finally tell Charlie about the court case, he's doing really well trying to keep away from the file and their discussions! Well done

Oh my goodness! I mean I had a bad feeling about Jay but I would never have thought he killed Xavier! And Ruby slept with him! Oh dear goodness, you shocked me with that one! I'm glad there was a reason for Angelo's wierd welcome to Ruby, hopefully the two of them can have a little chat and sort out their differences. I loved how excited Ava and Ben were to see Ruby, especially Ben, loved how you wrote it. And little Callum, that was sweet too! I hope Jay gets the punishment he deserves and leaves the Rosetta family alone from now on, or Angelo will have something to say to him I'm sure! Great update, shocking but in a really good way

Aw cute, I love the whole VJ and Aunty Charlie relationship, and the fact that she was prepared to delay her recovery just to spend some quality time with her wee "nephew". I wish Roman would wise up, hopefully now Leah has gotten through to him, but he needs to stop shutting everyone out. And more Charlie and Angelo sounds brill! (Y) It's good that Romeo, Xavier and Nicole are going to the study classes too, but I wish there was something Indi would do so she could feel like she was helping in some way. Lovely as always!

Aw cute ending! I'm so glad that Ruby and Xavier have sorted things out. Poor Angelo, I really feel for him being so close to the information but not being able to access it. Danni that was so beautiful, you need to have a little more confidence in yourself! You described the house really well, I felt like I was Charlie walking through it. Loved all of the mother/daughter stuff, it was lovely, and I hope that Ruby doesn't feel nervous about coming home cos you could see how much Angelo loves her the way he was talking to that man, desperate to find out who killed Xavier. All the stuff with the kids was really cute as usual, I hope they never grow up and lose their charm! I can't help but keep re-reading it all, there's so much emotion, wow. I hope they find on the disc what they need to see so that Ruby isn't getting her hopes up for nothing. Beautiful ending, wow I don't even know how to describe it!!

Aw I'm sure Ruby and Angelo were so proud of Charlie when they saw her walking with one crutch, and she must have felt such a sense of accomplishment. Awk no, I wish Angelo could find Ruby so that Charlie would stop stressing, maybe she'll be in the treehouse? Cos it's starting to affect the kids and it's getting a bit messy, and I'm sure Cal is looking his mummy. I wonder what Morag will tell Angelo, it's good to see that she's still working on it even though they don't know where Ruby is. It WAS a good chapter!! I do wish Charlie and Angelo would stop letting things come between them though!

Loved the bit with Charlie and Leah, it was nice to hear how the Aunty Charlie thing came about, and the bond that her and Leah share, it was so good that Charlie was able to confide in Leah about things she can't tell Angelo or her family, about how hard she's finding it. It was good to hear the different people make their contribution by telling the police what they saw happen. Colleen's was just plain Colleen and extremely funny! Maybe it's just me, but the thing that stuck out for me was when Roman said that 3 men couldn't move the boat, so how could 1 woman. Not sure if that's anything I guess we'll find out!! Fantastic as usual Cally!

Oh my goodness that was amazing!! It was soo beautiful and the emotions were perfect. I love how Ava got them to make up, and she made them see that the way they were acting was silly and wasn't getting them anywhere. I'm glad Angelo is going to bring Ruby back, Callum needs his mum and she won't last long without him either, he's her little piece of Xavier. I hope they find her soon, the letter was so sad, hopefully in time Ruby will be able to forgive herself for the Ben thing, and forgive herself for having feelings for someone who isn't Xavier. I'm glad the fighting didn't last long and I hope that soon they can be a happy family again, this pregnancy has been so rocky with so much drama! Great update as usual, it was very special.

Ah, sorry I've missed your last few updates, silly Speech Day leaving me so tired! Anyway I am loving this so much, I'm sad you're near the end, the last few chapters have been as amazing as the first few, you've been so consistent throughout There's just so much to say I have to do it chapter by chapter, I shall try to keep it brief-ish for each chapter! Chapter 92 Wow...this chapter was breathtaking, I don't know how you found the words for the scene with Ross and Elsie after Charlie told them about the rape, and you portrayed the emotions so clearly, wow. And the bit with Ross and Angelo was lovely, "you can make it official" Morag is doing really well trying to get through to Ruby, it's been a shock to her too and she's holding up really well. Chapter 93 Haha some things don't change, Dex will always be Dex, I don't think he'll be having a personality transformation anytime soon! I liked the scene with Rachel and Xavier, hopefully she can make him see that what's done is done and he has to get past it. I wish Ruby would stop blaming herself for it all coming out in the diner, she just needs to be there for Charlie. Loving all of the Charlie/Angelo/Ruby interactions Chapter 94 Aw VJ is so cute! It must have been so hard for Charlie and Ruby to go into the diner. I thought it was lovely the way Indi was looking out for Charlie and saw she was in pain. I loved how Ruby was able to finish the "because I'm her daughter" bit, it's so good that they've been able to work through all of this and be there for each other. Chapter 95 The "Charlie and I are related" bit made me laugh typical Colleen!! It's good they are all so willing to help, and they seem to have realised how hard this all is on Charlie and Ruby, they need all the help they can get. Poor Ross, it must be so hard to see Charlie falling apart like that, it's good that he has Morag, but if she is being his shoulder to cry on, who does she go to? Wow Indi is being very loyal, and Dex, well he's just being Dex. Loved the scene with Leah and Charlie, their friendship has just got a lot deeper and more meaningful. It's good that Leah hasn't completely freaked out and she's still there for Charlie. Wow, I can't wait to read more!! Although I sort of don't want to, cos then it will be one step closer to being over...

Wow...I actually thought your writing couldn't get any better. What a finish to the chapter!! I can't believe Angelo gave Charlie an ultimatum. I know she won't want to choose but if she lets him walk out the door she's choosing Ruby. I didn't see this coming! Stupid stupid Ruby, if anyone has to go it should really be her. Angelo was right to throw Jay out, cos if he hadn't have come to the house none of this would have happened. I mean what if Ben had walked in on them?? But I wish Angelo didn't give Charlie an ultimatum, cos otherwise maybe they could have sorted it all out, I mean Charlie is pregnant and this is the last thing she needs! I'm so glad wee Ben is ok, and I'm sure he'll want his mummy and daddy living in the same house! Glad Morag is making some progress with the investigation. Update soon!

Lovely chapter, I love how you brought so many characters into it and you wrote them all so well, I could hear them all in my head saying the things, especially Dex and he would be really hard to write so well done! I hope Roman does decide to stay out of it for the time being, I'm sure the last thing Charlie wants right now is attention. I feel really sorry for Xavier, although he shouldn't have said anything I'm sure it was so hard for him to keep it a secret for as long as he did, it must have been playing in his head constantly, so many unanswered questions...I hope they can get past this. Loved it!!

I hope Roman doesn't start drinking again that's the last thing everyone needs to cope with. And poor Charlie and Ruby, walking into the diner and being stared at, it can't be nice. Aw that was beautiful! I love how Xavier held Ruby's hand just when he knew she needed it, and I'm sure that Ruby being there was a slight comfort to Angelo, poor thing he seemed so distressed. Hopefully when they see Charlie they'll realise she's ok.
