Anyone know the song played on the jukebox that goes "My heart's on fire"? 1989/1990?

Going back a bit but does anyone know song/artist that's used when Carly is trying to impress Stacey with a dance routine involving Lance Martin and Maz. When Stacey basically tells her to get lost. It starts "it's just a matter of time, until I make you mine."

Is there any chance we can stick to this being a discussion about home and away 1988 - 2000? I'm looking forward to the early years getting to 97-99. There are loads of songs I need to know who the artists are.

so are you saying splitting Alf up from his daughter and later his son by conniving ways was just her being cold. And I suppose what she did to Nigel was just cold too. And then plotting to destroy frank and bobbys marriage for revenge. Cold. I'd say twisted and a compulsive lyer. And the way she treated Celia? And out and out bully. Yes there is another side to her and I'm sure sometimes she is genuine in her feelings but they way she treated Bobby was awful. And most of the genuine times is when she's feeling sorry for herself for being lonely etc. And possible when Alf was ill in 2003

I'm sure they found out it was Nicholas and Alf had to do an awful lot of grovelling to Roo to do but by then Morag was out of the deal so it never got investigated. That's why Roo continued to live with Morag in the Blaxland mansion. Roo only fell out with Morag after the way she kept interfering with her and Simon. Id love a writer to come back from that era to write for modern day Morag. Someone who really gets her and her complexities.

Going back many years when Morag teamed up with Nicholas to set Roo up with the poison pen letters. This resulted in Alf throwing Roo out so she moved in with Morag. Did Roo ever find out that Morag was in on this? I don't think she did. Wouldn't be nice that during her return Roo some how finally finds this out. This good produce some great drama for the Stewart clan and Alf would be pretty annoyed too. Nice bit of family history to. Perhaps Morag may even decided it was time to admit this. This would convince me more with the way she has been portrayed in the past 10 years as being more genuinely caring. I'm still not sure on this Morag the saviour image she has had in recent years. Helping all the characters out with nothing to gain for herself. I think they could have invested more time in the writing to explore the turn around of the way she is now. It was as recent as 2001 when she was black mailing Shauna to tell every one how she was conceived so she could get her hands on Duncan. Alf had only just lost his wife and because of Morag he lost his son too. Showing that she was an evil cow even in the early 00s

Can anyone help me. I remember there was a website where you could download the Carly theme plus some others. Was it the summerbay journal and is there any chance we can still download it. Or could someone do a cover like those other wonderful covers out there that have gone a bit quiet. I love the Carly theme. Especially when I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself. It's a very self pitying piece. Or is that just the image I have as it was gaurenteed to come in when Carly was moping.

Or probably even earlier. In 2000 when Pippa was leaving SBH a voice-over of Vanessa's Pippa is heard. Similarly very recently they showed a face of Rebecca#1 which also means that her face wasn't forgotten. What was the reason for showing the first Rebecca recently?

I know there is an awful lot of writers writing different episodes but isn't there a "Home and Away Bible" for them to consult to prevent these sort of continuity errors. Other then that, you'd really think Norman would say he couldn't say that line as Donald has two siblings.

Roxy! Will you stop saying that your aunt wasted her whole life just because she didn't get married or have children. By the sounds of it she lived a very full and interesting life. I thought Roxy was meant to be a modern independent woman. Also, will you stop telling every one how much Luke said he loves you but your not interested. Ailsa maybe as she's kind of like a mother figure for her but Pippa too! They're Lukes feelings. Have some respect. I think the second guy who played Nathan was a much better actor. I know the popular opinion is that this is the start of the golden age but second time around I personnally prefer 88,89 and even 97,98,99. I still enjoy it, but a lot feels contrived since 1992 and while there's been some great stuff it's still feels contrived. I'm finding this all boys think this way and all girls think that way a bit tiresome now. And the males of the show making mistakes and the females always correcting them and in the right. The men are all "ingorant meathead" attitudes is boring. Even Damien has fallen to that way off thinking many times. Yet Fin Sarah and Angel, Roxy etc are always right. For example- Roxy was going to aerobics purely to find a man. Then when a guy started chatting her up he was a pervert because she didn't fancy him. I found Carly, Roo, Bobby, Viv, Emma and Steven, and Joey, Justine, Tiegan and Aaron far more interesting and rounded characters.

Can't believe Ailsa is still wearing the aeroplane jumper. I thought we'd seen the last of it. It's outlived Bobby!

Can anyone tell me the name and artist of a song that was played frequently in 1998 in Home and Away and Neighbours. The only thing I have to go on is the lyrics Mysterious o so so.

The current writers seem to have no idea who Irene is as a person and what makes her tick. You're right Alexx. People do change but not in this way. She always felt like a very real person before. I just don't think they have it in them to write like that anymore.

I've always loved the scene between Alf and Morag on the beach in the funeral episode. Do you think that speech she gave about Bobby was genuine?

Technically, Donald lost four children - Alan, Bobby, Oscar and Byron. In 1997, Marilyn suffered a miscarriage and they named their son, Oscar Why was that song played so much during this era. Also in Neighbours. The songs from 1984

I don't think Marilyn looks old. I think Marilyn and Emily both look good. I believe the Marilyn from the 80s and 90s probably would dress like she does in 2015. On the others hand I can't believe Justine Clarkes character every wearing the clothes that Roo now does.

When I was young and didn't understand things properly I thought we kept seeing Roxy and Sarah by the lake because Bobby was gonna get washed up there. Yes Bobby and Sally were close. She was bridesmaid for her twice and look at the fuss Sally made when she thought she wouldn't be at bobbys and greys. And was given the speech to do. I don't know why writers thought they would keep her out of the story. Look at the early episodes when Bobby would walk with Sally to school.

I was always under the impression Morag was older.

Does anyone else have a problem understanding Kevin. He seems to mumble all his lines.
