Feels like such a silly rule they want us to think of the characters as people and realistically people change up their look. It just adds realism to the show

Why aren't the actors allowed to change their look? I read over years about how that a thing and when actor does it massive sign that they've left the show. But than it does happen Irene use to be blond.
