I'd love to go and experience such a cold climate, can't be bothered with a hot summer. You should take a short break in your summer and come to Europe - plenty of coldness I can assure you. ;)

What a shame that Don didn't find happiness with June. Why did they turn him into a tragic figure in 2007?

I'd like her to permanently move to Summer Bay (Cornelia could be on a reduced contract) and see a new side to Morag. I'd like her to find love again and just see all the layers to her character be explored.

76 is not old though. There are soap actors much older than her who are still working! Anyway, she became pointless anyway as she didn't fit in with TPTB's "vision" for Home and Away.

I agree, James! I can't believe Alf kicked out his sisters earlier this year. That was poor writing. Louise Bowes is not up to writing compelling and well-thought-out stories for a range of characters. And I personally don't think Lucy cares at all. It feels like they produce 5 days of drama a week because they have to - there is little energy and life in the show now. I've been re-watching early 2008 and the characters are far more "real".

There is no need for that. Completely ridiculous. They should have a brief break in the summer and leave it at that. Still, maybe they will show some old episodes during the upcoming break.

Like I have said before, Morag is such a complex and important character to the Stewart clan. She should make regular appearances and the writers could really bring the character to life again - presuming they actually care about the history of the show, that is. Cornelia seems to have felt underused in the past and I think she was rather upset early this year.

Yes but it'd be nice to see her interact with other characters too. I actually find her "ranting and screeching" act tiresome and they should stop hauling her out when her idiotic sons get themselves into trouble.

I'd love to see her move to Summer Bay permanently and move in with Irene. There's potential for a great friendship there. I think they'd have a lot of respect for each other.

I'd like to see a new family introduced who take over the Diner - could they say that they live next door to it? Or is that structurally impossible? I think for the sake of Irene and Leah as characters (Marilyn & Roo too) they all need to leave the Diner. Irene could become a pastor or go back to being a secretary at SBH. Leah as a Youth Worker would be great and Marilyn could finally open her Beauty Salon! What was Roo's occupation before she invaded the Diner? I've genuinely forgotten.

I haven't seen any new episodes for days. I'll have to wait until September! It does sound interesting and I think it's time the character had a new direction. Lynne has said she'd like Irene to become a pastor!

Lol! Is anyone worried about Irene's supposed upcoming storyline? I was really touched by that scene where she arrived home late and overworked - great acting! But it hasn't been followed up at all! WTF?

There are so many opportunities so I think he has some uses!!! He could be diagnosed with a serious illness - perhaps he is diagnosed with Alzheimer's and it could be a long-running storyline like Mark Fowler's HIV in EastEnders. Ray is a fantastic actor and he needs something to really get his teeth into.

No doubt people have the episodes since the year 2000 and 2001 was shown on Channel 5 six years ago! I'm still (just a tiny bit) hoping that Channel 5 will resume the repeats from where they left off in late 2007? May have been 2008 when they acquired Neighbours - which they said was the reason they stopped showing.

I'd love to see Ken's death in full. I've only seen a clip on YouTube - I really hope that H&A gets released in full on digital format some day.

I've asked this before but never had an answer!! I use other forums with a 'Like' feature and it wouldn't do any harm for it to enabled on here IMO. Sometimes I see posts that I agree with or like but I can't actually 'like' them.

^ 2000 was my favourite year - there's so little of it out there though. I hope it gets repeated on TV again like in 2007-2008. I was going to ask is it true that Rebekah Elmaloglou asked to return to H&A but they didn't want her? She's in Neighbours now and I keep thinking that she should be in H&A.
