I still do believe that more people are familiar with Morag than with Celia and that's the reason she is invited back from time to time.

We often hear people wanting Morag back, but rarely Celia, which is a shame, because she's just as good as Morag.

For anyone who's interested here's a picture I found of Vanessa downing with fellow actresses .from August 10th 2015. It's from the Stage Whispers Au website. Ensemble Theatre 2016 Season Launch. Also here's Debra Lawrance and I presume the cast of 'Please Like Me' at the AACTA Awards in January 2015. (Sorry I couldn't find any pictures more recent than that.) Not that much different in hair colour these days - They both look very glamorous! Unlike when the recast happened. - Blonde to dark with no in joke on screen about hair colour changing! On the subject of the recast who remembers the dodgy photoshops of the family photos. Debra Lawrance was morphed in to Vanessa Downings hair and body on Pippa and Tom's wedding photo. Vanessa's face was blurred out on the original Fletcher family photo. However in more recent years we saw Sally taking down a picture of Carly's wedding. Vanessa Downing was in those episodes. But on the picture it was definitely Debra Lawrance because Pippa was wearing a different coloured dress to what Vanessa wore in the episodes. It didn't look too photoshopped. So I wonder as Debra probably started filming around then if they actually had Debra in a photo. I've been watching 1994 episodes recently and I saw Debra's Pippa's photo in brown dress during Carly and Ben's wedding so it definately wasn't photoshoped.

I think it's been mentioned that there's no Bible as such, as for that line, sadly it just shows that the actors on H&A have absolutely no say. If they did, Ray would have told milions of times that Alf is not like he is written now. What's wrong with the way Alf is written?. He is still the same old Alf!. He's too calm and too quiet. And too tolerant. In the past he would make lots of cracks sometimes not acceptable. I don't think that only age could make a person more sophisticated. He should be written more consistantly. He's not the heart of the shoe. He's only there because he's been since the beginning. He has a shop but we never see him working in there. He's now like mr. Perfect because he's older and his advice are always good whicy doesn't make sense since he was known to give bad advice.

I really don't care for this character It would of been better if Charlotte was just nuts But in the old scripts they've copied Angie had Dylan. I do think Hunter should just be used as a guest character. No way would people forgive someone who burned down a house I thought that the post about not forgiving was sarcastic. People did forgive Kyle for torturing and trying to kill Casey and then forgave Andy who was trying to ram Casey off the road.

On the other hand nobody complains that there is nobody smoking on the show and that is just equally unrealistic. I don't think you can compare the two. You can't choose your DNA and how you look. Unlike smoking and besides smoking rates in Australia have done nothing but dropped the past 20 years or so anyway. You may have a point there about smoking rates. But still they show characters drinking or doing drugs and that is much worse.

I have just luckily found a vhs rip of late 90s Home and Away from Australian broadcasting. I noticed that the closing card is different to the international episodes having e-mail and website link of seven. Was this something that was shown on Australian screens only and if it was did it happen in every episode? Here's the picture:

​You must be the only one who thinks that then. Sally was Home And Away for many years but rightly so, now Alf is Home And Away. Alf alone. They may take Kyle down a new direction now Brax has gone and he is the last Braxton. Kyle seems to have matured into a young businessman. ​That is possible considering that Kyle had a decent upbringing and was a normal guy before he got involved with Danny Braxton.
