Great update, Well even if rach and Tony do adopt rubys baby, that doesn't mean that ruby has to be just some girl who lives in town. They could have an open adoption where the kid would still know that while ruby was its "tummy mummy" so to speak, that Rachel and Tony were still it's parents !
