I have plans for VJ - when I started on this idea, in the show VJ was annoying me (I like him now, such a great man...) but yeah. I wanna kinda keep that idea. You'll see! Chapter Three: Full Force and Broken Bones. Evie was the first to wake with a gasp, her hands immediately outstretched to touch the board of the car, wet, and prickly. The glass had obviously smashed open. It covered everywhere. Her breathing increased as she started to stretch for her seatbelt that felt all too tight. "Zac? VJ? Hunter? Matt?" She called out, hearing a groan from the back that sounded like Matt and VJ. She knew something was up for Hunter and Zac. Evie whined as she turned her head in the direction of Zac, "Zac!" She yelled. A tree branch was struck through his leg, the middle of his thigh. Blood covered his face also, obviously glass shards had impaled his face, just like she was sure they were on her too. She knew now they couldn't move Zac, even though the risk of the car going up in flames was highly possible. -------- Leah had been at home with Alf, "The storms hit, I wonder when Zac and the rest are going to get home." Alf sighed, "They may not...." He spoke sadly, "The road here has already had trees down, I'm sending out a party to check that road incase any cars have crashed." He spoke. Reaching for his bright orange SAS jacket before opening the door and closing it with a loud thud behind him. Leah sat at home, now worried for Zac and the kids. How could it have just appeared like that? She had thought they had another hour or two before it hit full force. The winds shook the house with force, she didn't like being in this house alone. Especially in something like this, the last cyclone was when Oscar was missing. Now Oscar had died, this was not going to be repeat. ------- Zac gasped as he came too, immediately trying to sort out the pain. "You lot okay?" Evie nodded, "I am but you aren't. Your leg! There's a tree in your leg!" She panicked. "Stay still! I am trying to find my phone, trying to find help to get Nate or someone out here!" She was in shock and in full panic mode, her eyes closing. Zac fumbled in his pocket of the free leg pulling his half charged phone out, handing it over to her. "Is there service?" He asked. His eyes looked down to leg and he moved, growling. "Stay still!" insisted Evie. "I'm going to try and get out and find reception, remain still. And try and wake VJ up you two." Evie forced the door open cracking against the tree as she lifted the phone in the air, starting to walk painfully - yeah she had definitely broken a rib, trying to not do much damage. She found a little reception and tried calling Alf. "Come on.... answer." Will they find help in time? Sorry these chapters are short, I promise they will get better over time. I'm back now, (again), my computer needed a repair (And it's brand new. xD Thankfully the kind tech guy didn't charge me for it, since it apparently didn't cover warranty :P)

Well I had to force myself to write it, considering how MAD I am at Zac for no spoiler reasons at all. ;) Thank you! It's only going to get worse and worse, hopefully! Haha. Wait and see! Haha thank you for the support xx

Chapter Two: Incoming. Leah and Zac did their usual night routine, sip at some wine talk about more school work and then head up to bed. Like any married couple would, Zac wrapped his arms around her as wind hurled against the windows, strong but not entirely dangerous yet. Zac pressed a kiss to her hair, "I love you.." He reminds her while they laid there in the silence. It felt like to him that he hadn't been giving her much attention lately, and he felt disappointed in his lack of attention to her, and missing all the dates they planned, but work was swamped and the school kids really needed their Principal on hand to be able to do their HSCs. Leah looked up at him, "I love you too, Zac." She murmurs back, turning more into him, her hand moved to play with his chest, rubbing warm circles. Leah wanted the exam period to be over, so they could have their life back. But it was a busy lifestyle for them, they all had their interdependence and part of their life where they couldn't spend 100% of their time together, there just needed more compromise. Leah leaned up kissing him, slowly rolling completely on him, "Up for it?" She mumbled, as Zac nodded, eagerly kissing her to switch the light off so they could have some more privacy. It was the next morning when Leah and Zac both came down the stairs, in a lighter mood than before. The kids were already down eating their breakfast, preparing for their English HSC. "I am so nervous," Spoke VJ. "You'll be fine, VJ you have studied hard. You can pull through," Assured Zac from the kitchen making himself some food and lunch to take in. The wind howled outside, getting louder as minutes ticked by. "This storm is really settling in, I hope it's not too distracting for the exam." complains Evie. Hunter laughed, "Maybe not." He looked at her, "Block it out and we should be fine." ------ It was later that afternoon and the cyclone hit, and fast. The HSC exam for English had just been rounded up and finished, the students were free to go. Zac agreed to give Evie, VJ and Hunter a lift home, as Oscar was going to go stay with Matt up at Roo's to study for their bio exam after the cyclone passes. As they're driving trees were swaying everywhere. Zac was trying his hardest to keep them on the road. Alf came down the stairs of the Summer Bay House, "Right, I have to set up shop here, the storm is hitting pretty badly. Hopefully Zac and the rest make it back before the flamin' thing makes full power. It is likely it'll be much more damaging than the one we had two years ago." He muttered to Leah. Leah frowned, "I hope so too, Hunter can stay in the house. I don't want him to get hurt." She said in a caring, annoyed at the storm tone. Zac felt the swerve off the road and down a slump, wet hill crashing into an old, broken tree which crashed onto the car..... --------------- Omg, that is SOOOO rusty. And crap, and I hate all kinds of it. I think. But. I have plans. And I promise, once I find my niche (and my agitation at certain things.... ;)) I promise it'll get better. But it needed to be updated. Computer now, so it'll be a little more frequent.

Hey I just want to let you know, my computer has died so I have no access to any way of updating my story. It died in December. I'm currently working on getting one within the next few weeks or in March sometime and then I promise to update. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. I am really looking forward to continuing this story and the plans I have for it.

Thanks! I'm really nervous about this story, I want it to be inclusive of all characters.

I was so nervous about the teens and getting them right, I love Matt so I'm super conscious of how I write him. And Oscar is going to be hard, I'm struggling to remember parts of his personality. Thank you for such a kind reply! I am glad you like it, even though I'm unimpressed at the start of it. I gotta think positive and hope that it all blows over on the show! They're my it couple

So I completed Target To Love earlier, and have been quietly working on something else. Well put the ideas together in my head around August and slowly piecing the plots together. I didn't want to start this until I finished The Cost For Love. Note: Slow replies to the stories, will occur. I need to find my nieche with writing again - and wanting to use this to get it back there - and to ultimately work on the writing skill of mine. Story Title: Catastrophe in the Cyclone Type of story: Medium/Long fic (undecided)Main Characters: Zac MacGuire, Leah Patterson-Baker, Oscar MacGuire, Evie MacGuire, Hunter King, Matt Page, Alf Stewart, Nate Cooper, Tori Morgan. BTTB rating: T Genre: Romance, Drama, Angst, Does story include spoilers: No Any warnings: Sexual content, violence/death, language, blood? Summary: A storm rages on in, and two loved characters get caught in the fray... can their loved ones find them before it's too late? What happens that changes the world of Summer Bay forever? Chapter One: Forthcoming. Leah came down the stairs, "There's a storm warning for over the long weekend, what a pity don't you reckon?" she asked the room with an abandoned look to her face. Zac came down behind her fixing up his shirt. "Yeah it's a shame, half the school kids wanted to celebrate finishing their HSCs." He said, with a small huff. "Thank god this is the last week, I am so over broody kids." Leah laughed, "You'll be fine, Zac." She moved to grab his lunch box out of the fridge. He happily took it and placed it in his bag before walking out the door. Leah hummed happily to herself, as she folded the washing and heard the door open again, "What are you doing back?" She said as she saw Zac. He walked up to her, taking her face and pressing a deep kiss to her lips, "I forgot something," he winked at her, "See you tonight." Alf came down and went over to the computer, "I need to check the weather schedules to see where the most effected places are likely to be hit, chances are it may turn into a cyclone." Sitting at the computer, loading up the geonet site he uses for his search and rescue operations. Leah sat down, "I hope not, that wasn't a pleasant time last one." remembered Leah. "No, I hope nothing bad happens like last time." He shook his head in remembrance of Oscar going missing. ----- Oscar and Evie were at the diner, Matt came and sat down, "So.... I hear there's a massive storm coming in." Oscar nods, "Yeah! Apparently all weekend when we're meant to be celebrating finishing our final exams ever for high school." He chuckled, "You know, drinking to our future as university kids?" "You mean, adults." corrected Matt, "We are so gonna behave and be awesome." He tells them. Evie laughs over at Matt, a impish smile on her face. "Like you could ever behave." She said taking a sip of her orange juice afterwards. "We better get going, got Maths exam!" said Oscar, cringing. --- Five hours later, after the exam rain started to pour, "I guess it's starting early." States Evie, as they walked to leave the school. Zac caught up to them, "I'll give you a lift home, the weather is bad." He said with his bag and rain jacket. The drive home was quiet, and quick. All three rushing inside, Leah sitting at the TV watching a few shows she wanted to catch up with. Zac going over after removing his jacket and placing it out to dry, leaned down and gave her a kiss. "Hello." He tells her and sits down next to her. "That weather out there is already settling in, looks like it'll be here leading up to the storm on the weekend." He tells her. "Wetting too. Your hair is soaked." She chuckles, leaning her head against his shoulder. "How was work?" "Quiet, exams do make them be quiet," He chuckled. "They did good, I think they're gonna pass." He smiles. "Tomorrow afternoon the storm will settle in around 1PM," informs Alf. "Great, I'll be at work monitoring the Chemistry exam." sighed, Zac. ------ It's short, but to build up to where I want it to go... Thanks in advance for reading.

You have always been so kind! I really enjoy reading what you think of my stories, and I am glad you like how it came out. I did try out Zac going in there all raged up, and it didn't seem to fit and work as well as Zac being calm and collected. I wanted to emphasize Zac more in that scene, hence why Peter never said much. I nearly had Zac get with Macey, but I tried writing it but I was like "LEAH!" xD I've already got a fanfiction in mind, it's one of my previous ideas that I'm going to see how well I can put into play. Thank you so much

I felt like Charlie wanting to be in there with him that night was justifiable. I hoped I gave it enough justice. :3 Thank you for your support.
-
I hoped they were, I felt like I left something out, but I can always add it to the next chapter of the final chapter. Thank you so much for commenting! And the support, even after this amount of absence!
-
Yep! I was going to kill Zac, but the impact of losing Leah would be much greater (and she's been frustrating me lately in the show, and since this is a sequel and the final sequel to the series. I decided a happy ending wasn't going to happen -- well the ending.... Hm.) Thank you for commenting!

We will see who he shot, we will see! Thank you for the help throughout this story, wouldn't have made it this far without you! x

Updating Cost of Love is killing me... So torn on where to take it. I need to finish it pretty soon, but don't want it to seem so rushed.
-
Ha! Omg! You said it'd be a bit of a weird story! You were right! Amusing! Hella funny. Josh having to be Oscar's I mean 'Evie's' boyfriend. Update soon!

Awe, they're so beautiful. I may use one in the future, and definitely will credit you, these make me miss my all time favourites!
