How do YOU personally divide up H&A's lifespan (1988-present)
Jezz replied to CaptainHulk's topic in The Bayside Diner
That's an awesome summary of the Home and Away lifespan. I loved the 2004-2008 era, The Classic Years, The Mid 90s, The Sutherlands and Hunters being introduced, and the current era is cool even though it's a bit over the top, but it's fun to watch. -
What did "mud" (Murdoch) do to Nathan that warranted getting Dodge to kill him? I don't know what the specific motivation of the killing was, but I remember Dodge saying he 'was only trying to rough him up' not kill him.

How has Kyle developed as a character since Episode 5578 until the season finale? In the last few weeks, he's finally starting to develop as a character, but we won't see his character fully develop until next year. What did you see are the strengths of Kyle this year? Kyle is a tough individual and he isn't afraid to speak his mind. He's also got a conscience now and he's beginning to realise that his actions against Casey earlier in the year were flawed. What did you see are the weaknesses of Kyle this year? Kyle tried to kill Casey because he wanted revenge for his father's death, yet he barely knew his father at all and this distorted his judgement. What has been your favourite storyline/s involving Kyle this year? Kyle and Heath's brotherly bond over their father's death. What has been your least favourite storyline/s involving Kyle this year? I've liked all the storylines so far. What would you like to see happen with Kyle in 2013 storyline wise? Please feel free to speculate, as it is most welcome but please remember that spoilers need to have spoiler tags placed around them. I'd like to see him beginning to bond with his brothers. I would also like to to see more elaborated on his mother and Danny and the full story of their affair.

Natalie Davison - Catherine Mack
Jezz replied to QUIET ACHIEVER's topic in Character/Actor Discussion
How has Natalie developed as a character since Episode 5518 until the season finale? She's developed very nicely. She's become a great character of the show and she's fitted into Summer Bay very nicely. I think her potential relationship with Brax works well. What did you see are the strengths of Natalie this year? Like Tamara, she has plenty of independence and she's able to stand up for herself. I liked the fact that she was realistic on where her relationship was with Brax and she doesn't tolerate the baggage that comes with him, unlike Charlie. What did you see are the weaknesses of Natalie this year? At times, I felt she became too interfering in the Braxton's business, in particularly when she was involved with the whole Danny Braxton storyline. What has been your favourite storyline/s involving Natalie this year? Her relationship with Brax. What has been your least favourite storyline/s involving Natalie this year? Her counselling with Casey. What would you like to see happen with Natalie in 2013 storyline wise? Please feel free to speculate, as it is most welcome but please remember that spoilers need to have spoiler tags placed around them. I'd like to see her family history elaborated on. Apparently her mother disappeared when she was a child. It would be nice if the writers explored this storyline involving her mother next year and I want to see her and Brax together next year. -
I'd love to see a return of her biological children such as Finley and her kids or even her foster children such as Nick and Hayley. It would guarantee more screen presence for Irene.

How has Tamara developed as a character since Episode 5616 until the season finale? I don't think her character has fully developed yet, but she's definitely developing into one of the most interesting characters of the show. She has a great friendship with Casey at the moment. What did you see are the strengths of Tamara this year? Tamara is a feisty but very independent person. She obviously took a keen interest in Casey, but she has many unresolved issues at the moment. What did you see are the weaknesses of Tamara this year? The weaknesses of Tamara is she has run away from her problems and she has unresolved issues relating to her brother's death. What has been your favourite storyline/s involving Tamara this year? The Casey/Kyle storyline What has been your least favourite storyline/s involving Tamara this year? The Casey/Sasha/Tamara love triangle. What would you like to see happen with Tamara in 2013 storyline wise? Please feel free to speculate, as it is most welcome but please remember that spoilers need to have spoiler tags placed around them. I'd like to see more of her family history elaborated on. Hopefully we see a family member of hers come to the Bay and stir up some unwanted issues of the past. I'd also like her to start forming more friendships with the residents of Summer Bay.

I was wondering would anyone be able to clear up why it refers to her as being called "Christy" when her name is Jazz? Thank you for your help Drew's mother's name was originally called 'Christy', but the writers decided to change it to Jacinta or 'Jazz' for some unknown reason.

She first wrote on Home and Away in the early 90s. She was script producer of the show between 2002-2004.

It's good to see that Brax came to his senses and welcomed him into the family. I felt sorry for Kyle, but I have a feeling he'll be a prominent character in 2013. I'm looking forward to his character development next year.

It's a sad set of events that Tamara has been through before she entered the show. I feel sorry for her considering her parents don't want anything to do with her and her brother died in a car accident.

She's a great character and very feisty. I'm interesting to find out more about her past involving her parents. I agree with others, I think Casey may end up with her, even though I think Casey and Sasha make a better couple.

Donald Fisher - Norman Coburn
Jezz replied to Light of the Bay's topic in Character/Actor Discussion
I'd love Don to return. He was one of the most realistic characters of the show, but he was memorable at the same time. Unfortunately I can't see him returning and after his forgettable tenure on the show in 2007, I sometimes think it's better that past characters such as himself don't return. By the way, Norman Coburn who played Don is now 75 years old, despite Don being 67 at the moment. -
Kyle's proved to be a good addition to the show. I actually think there can be a lot to explore with his character. In reality, we know very little of his background. I hope the writers elaborate on it in upcoming episodes.

I never liked Sasha at the start, but she's now one of my favourite characters at the moment. She's the best teen character on the show at the moment and she's really developed into an awesome and likeable character. You must be joking. She's not fat at all!

I get this feeling that they may reunite in the season finale when they both come to there senses.

I don't trust him. He's very clingy to Leah. It was interesting what Liam said about how 'most guys would run a mile after they find out Leah is a mother', but this guy hasn't done so. Also, he's connected to Adam, who is as dodgy as they come. Leah should end it with him before it becomes too serious and potentially dangerous.
