I so miss the original beach house! Never know they could go back there sometime in the future... Irene needs some exterior scenes! Just happy they show the sbh house fairly regularly now which is great. Especially now if someone needs to chase someone out the door they can actually talk like on porch etc, instead of suddenly talking on the beach. Also farewells now no more waving from the door lol.

Well that question has now been answered, the trellis has indeed been added to the verandah and it works rather nicely. More-so than the old version actually, considering the shape never matched the interior, and it also explains why the porch on the interior set is now larger. Didn't hide that extra door though They're using that door as the side door, I guess. Really they needed to turn that one into a window. And today's ep confirmed that yes they are using that door as the 'main' door.I don't think we've seen much of the Summer Bay House interior, but does the trellis cover the door on the interior? Looking at the sunlight on Roo's face in today's 5* episode as she looked out of it I don't think it does. Yeah the trellis does cover the door onset lol. Maybe they could move the trellis back abit to match the new exterior and have it like the farm house's main door where it looks like its open but have a better version of the fake outside look. But I'm just happy they're filming more outside scenes

I see on tonights ep the police stations entrance has moved to where the offices were located AngeloCharlie's. It looked like it was still underconstruction. Brax also said he likes what they've done with the place lol

Oh wow I didn't see any of those changes! I had to rewatch the episode again. And about the diner it also doesn't help that behind the trellises its all white. I miss the old entrance it had more of a flow through effect.

I see Irene's house has had a bit of makeover new kitchen, paint job & furniture. Not sure I'm liking the colour atm. I'm sure I'll get use to it soon. But I liked the white and blue beachy theme more.

Hmm the entrance of The Diner has changed with no apparent reason. Looks good from what I saw.

It's great seeing them using the farm house exterior on a more regular basis! Also the deck off Angelo's looks really good, finally saw it on last night's episode
