One of my favourites from the show, it was Between Two Shores by Vika & Linda. The same one was used in Neighbours when Madge & Harold reunited following his 'return from the dead'. There are two versions of it knocking around though, as they later did an acoustic, the one in the show was the original from their 1997 album 'Princess Tabu'.

With You by Ellogram. Same guy that's behind St Leonards.
-
Yeah it's not just you, I've let the boss know. Edit: Chris is looking into it.
-
Samantha Jade - though given how they've been over-publicising her appearance for what seems like months, I'm surprised there's anyone left who doesn't know Edit: Topic title edited accordingly

No it was Alf & Ailsa who took him in - Pippa took Justine when she arrived.

A few more locations have been uploaded to the site since my last post in here, and these additions now mean we have over 100 filming locations listed on the site: Harry's Kidnap (the studio cottage where Jane Avent took Rachel & Tony's baby) The Robertson House (Kim's aunt) Naomi Preston's apartment (where Lucas went a bit stalkerish) And today we have Morag & Richard Bellingham's city mansion from 1988-1989 Thanks to QA once again for being the one to go and take the pictures for us.

All episodes for recent years in our Episode Guide, as well as the Upcoming Eps pages for both Australia and the UK, have both airdates included.

The point is though, at the moment, it's not actually your story. It's Bevan Lee's story (the man that wrote the Pilot episode). Using existing scenes and slotting in your own lines every now and again is not a fanfiction. I know how much effort it does take to transcribe something, having to stop and start the video continuously whilst you write everything down - but if the beginnings to your own story is identical to what aired on-screen, you don't have to write that part out. For example, if your original ideas don't come in until after the Fletchers move to Summer Bay, you could simply say in the blurb "Tom Fletcher has been retrenched and the family have moved to Summer Bay". Or even "This story is set 3 days after the Fletchers moved to Summer Bay" - and then you can carry on with your own story. That's probably for the best, it's an interesting concept so you'll need some time in order to come up with an original take on it. I'm there's some readers that will look forward to it.

OK...I think it's gone far enough now without anyone saying anything. So far I've seen only two or three original lines. The rest is simply a transcription, word for word, of the Pilot episode. We have a script for that somewhere on the site already so there's not a lot of point in typing the rest up. I would suggest taking some time to work on your next update in order to turn it into your own story, otherwise the thread will have to be closed. As someone else has mentioned, try and make your posts longer too rather than posting short snippets - if you work on it offline in Word or suchlike you'll find it much easier.

First one is: Not sure on the second one.

'Losing You' by Ella Thompson, can be streamed here

I went over the ep several times and couldn't seem to find it, I presume you must mean the one in 6301 when Roo & Alf leave the hospital? That one is 'Wasting my Young Years' by London Grammar:

Well another year has passed, and as of today, Back to the Bay is now 12 years old. The last year has been a pretty hectic one behind the scenes as we work on various sections of the site and launch new ones, and we're continuing with that effort as we speak. For those who might be interested in the history of the site, we did a big article a couple of years back on our 10th birthday, plus there's also this thread on the forum. I've also just realised that I've now been co-running this site for 10 years as of a few weeks back, so I'm not quite sure where that went....

We don't actually allow duplicate accounts, hence why the new account was removed. If you wish to change your username you can do so by PM'ing me.

It's been done to better match the exterior, which you'll see in the next ep

She should be due back within the next month, but will still be off-screen for a few months yet.

Yes the set had turned 20 years old this year, as it was introduced a few weeks after Travis first appeared in 1995 - and yes I do think it's a massive shame it was seemingly ditched, even if they never could quite work out where the extra bedrooms were supposed to be. In other location news, 2 new ones on the site this week - George Watson's house from 2007, and the Reefton Arms Hotel where Casey shot Danny Braxton. http://www.backtothebay.net/locations/

It is indeed 1963 as I confirmed on the previous page, she mentioned her full DOB herself in an interview

Two more locations uploaded to the site this week - the very first incarnation of The Sands Resort, and Moran Motors where Ric Dalby worked.

As it stands, the UK will only catch up by one week as the show returns to Australia on 1st February. Obviously Channel 5 could still amend the return date as they have done before. http://www.backtothebay.net/news/2015/11/16/channel-5-xmas-break-2015/ NZ are currently 2 weeks behind Australian viewings, and even US viewers watching on-demand via Hulu are only 2 weeks behind. The decision is clearly being made by Channel 5 and not Seven.

That was 'How I Got This Way' by Garage Mahal It's probably a bit unnecessary to answer a question posted 8 years ago, especially when you've already posted the same thing in many other threads...

It's made numerous appearances as one-off locations over the years, including Yabbie Creek's bank as seen in today's location update, and we'll be seeing it again next year.

Nope you're right, Martha & Jonah/Michael also stopped off there too. I do completely agree with hoping they don't change her appearance or personality. I mentioned this to someone else the other day, but watching her scenes, I think Marlo could have actually made a great Olivia....(no offence to Raechelle, just an observation). There's just something about her mannerisms which remind me of how Kristy played Chloe sometimes. Though admittedly she may look a bit young.
