2 new guest character profiles uploaded today whilst the forum was offline - Mitzy Fraser and Laura Brennan (with thanks to RR1 and Matt respectively) http://www.backtothebay.net/characters/

I was looking at the exterior of the Stewart Store and to me it looks like a building in the middle of a street that has been cornered off by the art department (basically erecting a partition across the pavement). Whereas on screen I always got the impression that it was a building all on its own somewhere across the road from the beach. Yeah they obviously just put up that partition across the pavement so that it would match the interior set, which has the billboard hiding some of the backdrop. They never filmed any exterior scenes at either that store or his previous larger store, other than the stock shots - any scenes that were supposed to be 'near' the large store were either filmed near the Surf Club or in Ryde (which was very built-up for Summer Bay). The only scene I've seen so far that was supposed to be 'outside' the current store was in the town centre of Palmy (that scene where Sam nearly got hit by Revhead's car). What we do see of the backdrop would place it somewhere around this area in 'Summer Bay', on the hill behind Ailsa's old store.

Yeah that's been on my To Find list for a few years now, no joy as yet though! It may not even be standing anymore. The only one we do know and is awaiting upload is his very first store/bait shop on the waterfront.

The stock shot of Leah's is the house that was introduced in 2009, though they haven't used it too much recently - and you're right in that it doesn't match the interior. The most recent incarnation of Summer Bay High is out at Richmond, we do have four of the previous locations already photographed (the ones that are still standing) and once the Locations revamp is done (which we're doing as we speak) I'll hopefully start getting some of them up finally. It's probably just best to forget we saw that, it won't have been intentional. The lattice does usually hide it but they panned around a bit too far.

4563 - first week of 2008

Maybe it's blocked in Australia - in any case, if you can't see the video title either it's 'Love That I Long For' by Hunters and Collectors.

Episode 3762 Peter Baker

I'd wondered at first if it was when Shannon found Mud's body, but it turned out to be the wrong coat. But 1863 does sound like a good alternative just from the mention of 'dead' - Shannon did have a habit of stumbling across human remains in the bush.

That one's 'I Remember' by The Badloves The one I previously posted was playing in the diner in 1355 in any case, and I didn't see Adam & Nathan in any other scenes there in that ep...

Not sure as there's no mention of 'paradise', but do you mean this one?
-
As I've said quite a few times now, they knew for certain that it wasn't Robbie's as the dates didn't match up. Tasha wasn't raped by Jonah but by someone else.

I believe the first we learnt of it was in Episode 4000, when Irene noticed Sarah arriving and wasn't sure whether she was Thompson or O'Neale since she'd married Tug. Actually, I believe it was first mentioned in early 2002, in Episode 3215, when Nathan comes back and asks Alf how Sarah is. Oh yes, of course. Alf mentioned they were expecting their second kid - though it wasn't confirmed in that scene whether they were actually married (though I guess we can presume they were), unless it came in a later ep.

Why would we want that to happen? The show would be boring without some young, pretty and sexy characters to look at Are you purposely trying to set yourself up for a negative reaction? If people get bored when there's not a sexy body to look at, then they're viewing the wrong sort of media entirely. But anyway, back to topic....

As promised, all current main cast now updated to the end of 2014, with new profiles for Denny, Matt, Chris and Ash.

If you want to have a link within the text itself (i.e. like this) then type out your post first, highlight the word, and click the Link button in the toolbar (looks like a chain link with a plus sign on it) and paste the URL in there. You may not have the toolbar if you're on a tablet or phone though, in which case just simply copy and paste the link into your post normally and the forum will automatically make it clickable (as long as you include the http://): http://www.backtothebay.net

Time once again for the biannual main character updates. once again provided by RR1, to bring them up to the end of the 2014 season. Today we start with the completion of Bianca, Heath and Casey's profiles - updates for all other existing main characters will come over the next couple of weeks, and hopefully the new cast additions will be added soon afterwards. http://www.backtothebay.net/characters/

The burger phone has been back on-screen since September in Oz, if you keep an eye out you'll see it on the right hand side of the serving hatch.

SQL is a technical language used for databases - when it says "your SQL server" it's not referring to you specifically, but to BTTB (i.e. it's not a problem at your end). That's just the standard error we get when the forum database is getting a bit overloaded - and the thing we had a constant problem with a few weeks ago. It does crop up occasionally but tends to right itself soon enough.

It's as RR1 has already said, no-one knows, but Tasha knew for certain from the outset that it wasn't Robbie. Jonah/Michael being sterile didn't become apparent until after Robbie & Tasha had left, and he and Martha decided it best not to tell them as it would just open up old wounds.
-
You should be able to but others have reported some problems with it recently, it'll be looked into very soon.

Three new guest character profiles uploaded today - Leo Davidson, Felix Bezmel and Russal Beattie http://www.backtothebay.net/characters/ (the profile for Toni was an existing one which has been tweaked)

It was pretty much the same scenario as with Tim Campbell's departure, Clarissa said that Beth would never abandon her kids and so was happy with the way that Beth was written out. She also said it was a mutual agreement that the character had run it's course, though obviously Clarissa's desire to spend more time with her family would have had something to do with it too.
