FYI - on the index page when you click Read more for 11-20 it redirects to the 2014 results...much as most of those characters are arguably more worthy than this year's lot this should probably be changed? (There's a missing 2024- in the incorrect URL.) Also out of interest for future polls would there be a way to add a question along the lines of how many years the voter has been watching? This could be multiple choice, i.e. 1-2 years, 5-10 years, since 1988 etc. (And/or how frequently people watch the show each week.) Then at the end of the poll there could be an extra summary post showing each group's top 10 so that it doesn't sting so much that certain less-deserving characters rank so highly. Possibly just coming at it from a data nerd angle but still...

Try downloading 1990 onwards - those ones worked okay for me the other day. (1988 and 1989 were still broken though last time I checked - had to watch through the computer in the end ?)

Best of luck with emailing them - I've just done the same. Hopefully the relevant departments will get onto fixing it sooner rather than later ?

Having the same problem here with Sky Q on both uploaded episodes - at least it's not just me then ?
