    Emmerdale

I think it may of been Belle that battered Cain. The first hit was on the legs which would explain why it wasn't the head first due to her height. After he was on the floor she was then able to attack the head area. Just a thought but I did think it was strange how the attacker went straight for the legs and not the head first.
  2. I have to agree that Lynnes acting has been of really high standard. She has shown every bit of emotion that you I would expect someone in her position in real life to show. I don't know too much about the Logie awards or whatever other awards Home and Away can come under in Australia, but I really hope there is a place for Lynne to at least get nominated for some sort of award. I think she deserves some recognition for the acting she has done so far with this new storyline.
  3. Saving Private Ryan - (Tom Hanks, Matt Damon) For a film that lasts 2hours and 42 minutes, it had me hooked every single second. A great film.
  4. Well done to Eastenders for coming out on top at the British Soap Awards this year, by far the best soap of the year. I am so happy that Robert Kazinsky (who played Sean Slater) got the Best Actor award, he deserved it. It is good to know that once a character has left a programme that they are not forgotten about and neither are their storylines. I hope that next year that the Ronnie and Danielle storyline get nominated for some awards, considering I didn't agree with the outcome I still think there was some superb acting going on there and the overall storyline was good. Back to recent episodes.... I loved Fridays episode when it just focused on Stacey, I know I am going to enjoy this storyline. Lacey is a very good actress and any story that is thrown at her she always gives her best. This new doctor Al, I am finding him very dodgy. I don't know why as there has been no indication from the media that he is a bad guy or anything like that, it's just a feeling I am getting. I will be keeping my eye on him for sure.
  5. Amazing avatars once again. I am loving the cartoon feel to each one. They are unique and perfect. The colouring on your latest set of avatars is yet again perfect. Well done Jen.
  6. I am loving these avatars. The split icon is fantastic; the two caps that you chose for the icon work well with eachother. My fave is the Charlie and Rachel avatar, the colouring is amazing. The blue sea really stands out and works well with the cropping of the two characters in the icon. Well done.
  7. Those Tammin avatars are wonderful. I like how you always attempt different styles of cropping and again you have pulled it off with this set. The colouring is amazing on all of the avatars. The two avatars with the text on are my favourites and your text placement always suits the avatars. Great work.
  8. Butterfly on a Wheel - Starring: Pierce Brosnan and Gerard Butler For a DVD that only cost me £2.99 it has got to be one of the best films I have watched. There were so many twists and turns that shocked me so much. Seriously, if you get a chance to purchase/watch this film, do so.
  9. Your work is just great. I love the two I have quoted, excellent colouring. I am loving the style of the Geoff and Claudia icon. I like how the text colour matches the greeny colour of the icon. It just all works well together. Keep up the great work.
  10. Gladiator - Russell Crowe An amazing film. I normally wouldn't watch these types of films but it was only 3 quid and it had rather good reviews. I am so glad I brought it and for a great price to.
  11. I made a few Lucas & Belle avatars also. They are nothing special, I have just attempted to play around with the colouring a little.
  12. I am fed up with Eastenders and the repeated storylines. I mean why do we need to see Phil drunk again, they have been there before, it just gets boring. They need to do something quickly to get it back to being good viewing for me, and I can't wait until Summer and the above spoiler, they need to act now. I don't think I can stand months of here and there storylines.
  13. How do you know this? I was hoping Diederick Santer would reveal this in or touch upon this in the recent questions and answers section on the main site but it doesn't seem to be mentioned.
  14. Wow, a double 'can't wait to see what happens next' ending to the episode ... that was the only exciting bit of the episode was the last 30 seconds. Oh, and did anyone else notice that when Charlie was showing Jean the clay head, they had Lionel Richies 'Hello' playing in the background. Seriously, IMO the scriptwriters really need to write better episodes when following dramatic episodes such as last Thursdays. I just think that the aftermath shows are fake and unreal and not believable for Eastenders.
  15. The Tammin avatars are fantastic. My fave is the second avatar on the last row, it is perfect.
  16. I am loving the Martha avatars. The 'OMG! There's a naked man in the house' text is very funny. It suits the expression on Marthas face. Great work.
  17. I did not include a SAE with my fan letter I sent in, and I still received a signed fan card from Esther. You did write your address on the actual letter though didn't you? Steff: In regards to the message you sent me, I can't actually remember what address I sent the letter to. Sorry.
  18. Seriously I really don't know what is going on in Eastenders lately, not only have they killed of Danielle they have now decided to . I am losing a lot of respect for the show.
  19. Well I do try to be You are welcome ---- The Reveal Episode Okay, now I have had time to digest what happened .... I have to agree with what princess_in_pink has just said about to get a shock factor they didn't have to kill Danielle off. There was much more potential for the storyline to move onto a mother/daughter chapter, where both of them could developed a good relationship. There were other relationships they could of explored such as a cousin relationship with Amy, a relationship with her Auntie Roxy, as well as all her other relatives, Phil, Ben, Billy, Peggy .. the list goes on. They could of built on her friendship with Stacey, now it seems like Stacey has no friends in Walford and kind of makes Stacey boring in that sense. They could of even brought in Joel, Danielle's so called biological father, that could of made for an interesting storyline. Erm... I felt the relationship between Archie and Ronnie before the big reveal was a little strange tonight. It could just be me, but everytime Archie went to kiss Ronnie, there was a weirdness to it. It didn't even feel like guilt, it was much more than that. It was just strange. The fact that the reason why Janine drove of in the car was because of Jack's own revelation about the business, I wonder whether we will see that get mentioned and whether we will see Jack blame himself for what happened. I liked the bit where Ronnie put the locket in Roxy's hand and then closed her hand. I just thought it had a nice touch to it considering they have not been getting on lately and you could see how much the whole thing hurt Roxy also. There is no way Archie can redeem himself from this, which makes me ask why was he not the one killed off instead of Danielle. Does not make sense to me in that respect. After Stacey had gone into the Vic and told them there had been an accident with Danielle, I would of thought it would be more effective if we had more of them come to the scene and not just Roxy, for one, I would of liked to see Jack there also. Not only would he know of First Aid from his time in the Police Force and having to deal with similar incidents, it would of been nice for him to have rushed there for the sake of Ronnie and her daughter. When Ronnie finally found the locket and was confronting Archie, she really sounded like Danielle, she said 'he told me she was dead' and if I didn't know it was Ronnie speaking I would of thought it was Danielle. Strange. I liked the bit when Ronnie finally caught up with Danielle and she said 'my baby' and Danielle had a big smile on her face. Very sad what happened next Even thought I mentioned a few things I would of liked to see happen, I still think it was brilliant, dramatic episode regardless of what I would of preferred the ending to be instead.
  20. Seems like it's left most of us speechless. Yes I do, it is http://twitter.com/Sharontweet If you look in the section of her followers, several other entertainment people also have Twitter that you may be interested in. I have just been have a nosey look at Carol McGiffin (Loose Women) Twitter updates. Interesting.
  21. OMG. I can't believe what I have just seen. This has got to be one of the best episodes if not the best episode of Eastenders I have ever seen. I am shocked, annoyed, surprised and I was totally was not expecting the rumours of Danielle dying to be true. The best acting scenes from Lauren Crace and then they go and kill the girl off ... annoying ... but I guess they wanted to go for a shock factor conclusion. I have more to say on the issue but am too shocked to actually put it in words at the moment. I will be back.
  22. A night of no Eastenders But an hour long episode tomorrow I have to say I am rather excited about nexts weeks episodes also what with I have heard there will be a twist to that storyline also. Edit: I have just read something on Sharon Marshall's Twitter Page. It says: Therefore any articles/reports about what is going to happen cannot be guranteed to be the truth and that it is all just pure speculation.
  23. Oh I have not even read anything about a It would make sense as Archie is obviously going to be hated, therefore, he will need to skip town or at least it would make sense to, and Ronnie would obviously be devastated as she Oh I love that plot, better then all the others I have read.
  24. I totally agree. I wonder if mags and articles have been just trying to throw us of the scent about what is really going to happen. Not sure if they are allowed to that or if that is even the case, but I have read so many things contradicting something else I have already read, I don't know what to believe. It makes it even more exciting and making me more eager to watch, it's that feeling of not knowing the outcome. I think not knowing makes this storyline work so much better.
  25. I have to praise the actress who plays Danielle for the brilliant acting she has done in the past few weeks, particularly todays episode. I will be very disappointed if it turns out that , seriously I think it would put me off watching for the next few months. I can't wait until Thursdays episode, it's going to be a good one.
