  1. I’m surprised at how much the Jasmine storyline is impressing me. Another great episode tonight. It’s really uncomfortable to watch but it’s unmissable. I don’t like how Marilyn has been dragged into it either. If only Jasmine knew the decades of torment Marilyn has been through after losing Byron and what looking after Grace means to her. But Jasmine isn’t a villain, her grief is consuming her. Very interested to see where this goes. Leah saying not even Donald Trump has been married as many times as her made me laugh out loud
  2. Home and Away is being billed as Home and Away:Buried Alive on Five this week
  3. Can anybody please tell me the best address to write to the cast? I saw a Pyrmont address online but should it to sent to Redfern? Thanks
  4. I think to us long term fans, the house is more exciting than what's going on in the show!
  5. Yes I found it a bit weird when Roo was on the phone outside the door near the laundry last week where the trellis is and in the same episode on the outside the trellis wasn't around. And we also need to remember the actual front door is somewhere past the stairs. This was always the way and the other doors are just side doors.
  6. Lynne went as well today. Both of them looked so excited!
  7. Caught up today and saw the house. It was great seeing it back in use and adds great history and realism to the show and who better to feature in the first scene than Alf and Roo, who of course lived there long before the Fletchers arrived. Yes, the drive is more visible and there are less trees so outside the house looks different. But it hasn't been on screen for 13 years so these changes are subtle, not like a certain VJ Patterson I may mention.
  8. I feel emotional knowing the house is back being used on the show! I am going to watch those episodes later today. It's made my day!
  9. It's about 26 degrees and sunny in London right now.
  10. Marilyn's return to Australia was filmed at Sydney airport and she also filmed scenes there when she kidnapped Nicole's baby. I think it's quite impressive that they can use the airport to film.
  11. RTE do normally take a break in the summer but if they have overtaken Five, then they must have the rights so I can't see it going off air. RTE did once even take lead over Seven but it was by mistake.
  12. Looking on Twitter and Facebook, it seems Ireland have caught up and overtaken Channel Five. The London episodes seemed to have aired there this week. Does anyone know if RTE have won back the European rights as they have always had to stay behind Five in the past.
  13. Maybe 5 plan on not having a summer break next year which is why the Xmas break is longer? It seems ridiculous for the show to be so far behind
  14. She's better off just getting the L90 bus to Palm Beach and exploring it herself. If she goes Mon-Wed she might even spot them filming

    Coronation Street

Corrie has shown this week how a rape story should be done - H&A should be ashamed with their latest effort! Fantastic acting and writing from the Corrie team.
  16. I love Roo. We still dont know anything about the past twenty years or what kind of person she really is so I cant wait for her to be explored more.
  17. I dont like Marilyn as much this time around and I think any new viewers might not like her at all. I really dont know how Sid puts up with her. Emily is a fantatstic actress though and can do anything. For viewers not familiar with her work on Emmerdale, put Emmerdale Louise kills Ray into YouTube to see how good she was on that too.

    Coronation Street

Tonight's episode was a lot lot better. The acting was incredible even from Baby Jack! It reminded me of when H&A did disasters and the aftermaths such as the earthquake and mudslide with people buried under the rubble. It's still hard to tell who may die but Molly, Rita and Sunita are top of my list anyway. Wouldn't be too sad to see any of them go. Poor Simon, this is the second fire he was been trapped in.

    Coronation Street

I loved the promo at the end of the first ep - very unCorrie!! I thought the second ep was brilliant right up until the crash scene itself where I felt let down by the actual crash. It was just all too fake and didnt seem at all convincing, especially when the second carriage hung up over the Kabin. I hope the baby is OK that's all I could think about! In Ireland TV3 ruined the end of the second episdoe with a promo for The Apprentice, I thought silent credits or another Corrie promo would have been mroe fitting. Has anyone seen this? It's an ITV news flash of the crash.
  20. Yup it was Thought so, thank you. I've actually never been in there but when I was watching the episode I was wondering where they would go to film scene like that and I noticed that the interior matched what the exterior looked like and put two and two together!
  21. Does anyone know if the bar seen in Friday's episode was the golf club at Palmie?
  22. Just reading Dannii Minogue's autobiography and was surprised to learn she originally auditioned to play Marilyn. I am glad she didnt get it as we wouldnt still have Marilyn on the show now and cant imagine Dannii playing a ditzy blonde!
  23. Now, this is how to do a promo!!
  24. In reality, the kiosk on the outside is just a hatch in the club's exterior, that doesnt connect with an inside kiosk or anything.
