He definitely shot Bart (well that was obvious lol) and he either shot himself or Frank...I think they are trying to make like Frank got shot as well but i don't think he did..

Great season finale!!! Loved it! The only thing i hated about it is that we have to wait like 2 months before we see it return. Great acting, great plots, great drama!! Good work All Saints
