  1. I was on the edge of my seat waiting for it to happen then when it did i thought Ian said 'Gavin' and i just thought 'Who the hell is Gavin?', i'd waited all this time for someone i have no recollection of them ever mentioning. Then i was told he said 'It can't be'. I just assume it's Steven, but they've obviously given him a complete body transplant in New Zealand.
  2. Loving this 'Cindy back from the dead?' storyline. It's not often these days old characters even get mentioned in soaps let alone get a whole storyline dedicated to them. It's brilliant.
  3. Loving your Will/Dani avatar. Cutest couple ever!

  4. Unfortunately that was the last we saw of Li, she told Mickey to have a nice life and supposedly left Walford. I hoped she'd come back as i loved her and Mickey together. Yeah she was a money hungry, sex mad, bitchy so and so but she was fun and interesting (especially when they made her less one dimensional) and it was just a shame a character with so much potential that could have been the making of Mickey was written out so quickly. I'd have like to have seen a Lickey wedding. Denise is coming back after maternity leave. Seems a shame that her and Kevin will ultimately split up as although they aren't my favourite couple, they do suit each other. As for Preeti, she's just annoying. I know she fancies Mickey and he doesn't fancy her but she's like a little stalker. I prefered her with Bradley (she's more tolerable than Sourface Slater). Plus there is only so far they can go with the goody goody , never say boo to a goose act.
  5. Yeah. Because Phil Daniels (Kevin) chose to leave they've got rid of Carly and Deano as well. Diane Parish (Denise) is going on maternity leave. I have no idea how they are going to explain leaving Chelsea and Libby behind. I prefer Chelsea to Carly. She's a stuck up little mare but that makes her fun (and she punched Stacey so she's alright by me). Carly just over acts everything and her on screen 'relationships' have all been annoying. I'm miss Deano (sort of). I still think they could have done more with him. The problem with Eastenders is they get rid of characters far too quickly rather than giving them a chance to become viewers favourites. I'd rather see the back of Jay, Stacey and Preeti.
  6. Am i the only one glad they are getting rid of Carly? She's soooooooo annoying.
  7. I like that Abi and Lauren (and even to some extent Lucy and Peter) haven't had one drama after another as i think it can spoil characters to give them too many storylines, but at the same time it ruins them if they are given no storylines at all. They need to find the balance. I like the fact Abi and Lauren still seem innocent and child like as with Eastenders teenagers/kids tend to act like adults from the moment they are given lines, so it makes a nice change to see them squabbling and acting like kids.
  8. As much as i like the fact Yolande and Patrick are getting a storyline (albeit so Sean can have one) but i'm just not interested in them. Patrick's okay somtimes but that's about it and Yolande just annoying as she's so two faced and hypocritical that it's hard to feel any sympathy for her.
  9. It would be nice if one teenager didn't have attitude. Peter is a little like that but he's turning into a mini Ian. Just a normal teenager would do, if only for a bit.
  10. Craig's completely unbalanced. He's a teenage pervert preying on Lucy, who's impressionable and starting to rebel. I find him quite realistic as at my school there were some horrors just like him, a bit unbalanced and extremely creepy and unpredicatable. I'm just liking the fact some of the younger cast other than Stacey are being given the chance to flex their acting muscles. It's about time. Also am i the only one who wouldn't care if Sean was locked up for life, even if he is innocent. Him and Carly are such an unconvincing couple and him on his own is even worse. He's soooo annoying.
  11. I want lovely Li back! Li and Mickey (Lickey) rocked! I also want May back. She was mad but so much fun. I'm loving Lucy's teen rebellion, and Craig may be a complete lunatic but this storyline is one of their best at the moment. He's so unpredicatable and sinister that you just know it's going to end badly.
  12. And yet he lets them. The Mitchells put him down and use him and like a little lap dog he'll always go running back for more. Then when it suits him he'll turn around and say they treat him badly and that's why he's so insecure. I'm not sure when i dislike Billy more. When he's being the self pitying loser or when he's the smug loser pretending that he's somebody big when it's so obvious he's just a complete pillock.
  13. I was hoping the Beale-Miychell war was over as i'm never overly keen on feuding storylines. I want the Mitchell sisters involved in better storylines than that. And strangely i always seem to be on Ian's side rather than the Mitchells.
  14. The Mitchell sisters have really brought the square to life. Also loving Lucy turning into a mini Cindy and Peter turning into a mini Ian. And could Billy be anymore pathetic. If i have to hear him whine on about being the runt of the Mitchell litter one more time i'm going to scream. It's a poor excuse for being a complete loser and he's used it soooooooooo many times it's totally uneffective now.
  15. They are supposedly being eased in gently because there are so many of them. But if they ease them in so gently that no one notices them, then when they do finally get a storyline, why should we care about them? The youngest two have been missing for months (Kayleigh popped up briefly on Monday but didn't say much) and the twins, Jodie and Grandad are just irritating. The only one to be seen regualary is Jerry, and as nice as he is his 'charm' just isn't working for some reason. Hopefully when we see more of them and they finally get a storyline i'll be able to warm to them a bit more.
  16. There's Jerry and Kayleigh (the youngest girl, the only two i can actually stand) Jodie, Grandad (i think he's called Wilf, not sure though), that little boy who's disappeared (can't remember his name), and the twins who can't act (Darryl and Mel?) . There is so many of them and yet none of them particularly stand out as good, strong characters. It's a shame as i liked the man who plays Jerry in Brookside as Sinbad.
  17. I've gone off Corrie a lot lately. This is mainly down to the lovely Joanne leaving, but also the storylines are just frustrating and dull. Claire constantly being miserable and moping around is getting on my nerves, Casey is just annoying, i've never liked Eileen, Vernon or Violet so their storylines i find incredibly boring (then again Violet's never been very exciting) and the rest of the characters seem to be doing nothing at the moment. Also when are they going to do something with the Morton family? I know but the rest are either never in it or just annoy the neighbours. They seem a bit pointless at the moment.
  18. I love Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell, great additions to the cast. I'm not sure which one i like more. Probably Ronnie as i've always liked Samantha Janus as an actress.
  19. Even though he's not the easiest character to like, i'm really loving all the Ben/Abi scenes. The kids are stealing the show at the moment. I'm even more excited about Lucy rebelling than i am about the yawnfest that is Max/Stacey/Bradley (i seriously do not get the appeal of that moody, horrible little tart). Tonight's episode was good though (even if it did have Stacey and her 'marvellous' sulks in it) i really liked seeing a bit of fall out from a drama rather than them just forgetting about it and moving on. I liked Bert's ending as well (even though i could never stand Bert). I think it suited the character to just slope off. Shame he didn't take Jay with him though.
  20. As much as i hated the fact she left, i'm so pleased Joanne got one over that smug cow Carla, she is such a pain. And the fact she took Liam down a notch or two was great as well. Goes to show it's always the quiet ones you have to watch. I'll miss Joanne. A part of me always hoped the Liam/Joanne relationship might have gone somewhere. As for Vera, it will be the end of an era but i do feel it's about time as they don't have a lot to do anymore.
  21. It was a bit disapponting as we never saw her fall or anything, but it was a really good episode. I like Jay's dad so far. Hopefully he'll give the horrible little brat the slap that's been coming to him since he arrived.
  22. With May and Li gone (two of my favourites) and Lucy and Jane not really at the centre of any storylines at the moment i'm starting to get a bit bored as i don't like Stacey, Dawn, Preeti, Sean, Carly, Shirley, Jay, Patrick or Yolande. I'm hoping the Mitchell sisters turn out to be interesting and that the Stella downfall is as good as it sounds otherwise i'll be more disappointed and bored than i already am with Eastenders.
  23. I've not heard anything, but as much as i love Louisa (and Ruby ) i don't want her to return to Eastenders, especially if the writers are going to insist on turning her character into a spoilt little brat and ruin her character even more just so Stacey stupid Slater can have more undeserved sympathy from viewers. I also don't want her to return without Jake (i still think they would have been great together). If the writers gave us back the sweet, nice but troubled Ruby who happened to have loads of money, then i'd like to see her back. I think Louisa has an 18 month contract with The Bill and i'm kind of used to her in it now and Beth has become one of my favourites (along with Sally Armstrong/Ali Bastian ).
  24. I already miss Li. I don't know why Eastenders keep on getting rid of characters that still have loads of potential (Li, Ruby, Jake, Naomi, Joe, May) all of whom i loved. I hope the Mitchell sisters turn out to be good, and Scott Maslen (Phil Hunter from The Bill) should be a good addition. Hopefully if i like them then they won't get rid of them so quickly.
  25. Awwwwwww, Li left just as Mickey was thinking of proposing. Damn those scriptwriters. And as for Preeti, could she be anymore of a desperate stalker. Her and Mickey would make such a boring couple. I'm quite looking foward to Stella's big downfall next week, i hope it's as good as it sounds.
