The mods are actually discussing this at the moment, Eli. I think the short answer about posts written in languages other than English will be no, as this makes them very difficult to moderate. How do we know members aren't posting spoilers or using insulting language, for example?

We had a bit of a problem with this thread... One of our librarians, I won't name her but she made a bit of a mess of moving the comments and we ended up with the comments but not who had posted them. The mods have taken a topic each and posted it back but if you recognise any of the comments please PM one of us so we can change the poster name beck to whoever posted the comment. Sorry about this, espicially to dolly-999, I can only appologise. We're not even sure if they were five separate comments or just a few so if anyone recognises or remembers anything please contact one of us. Thanks.

I like that idea, Aquamarine. No set level of feedback is required. It's really just to prevent duplicate (or very similar games) being started, eg. the game Jen suggested above. If an idea sounds OK, regardless of whether it receives feedback or not (and assuming there isn't an onslaught of negative feedback) we will most likely start a thread about it.

We already have a game called 'Quote, Unquote' which is pretty much what you describe, Jen.

You will have noticed a few changes in the Games Rooms. We have listened to feedback from members who feel there are too many similar games (such as the many A-Zs, or several variations on the Kiss or Diss/Hang up or Answer theme). We would like to provide more variety so there is something that appeals to everyone. Don't worry - the A-Zs won't disappear altogether, and there will still be some of the other Kiss or Diss type games. So what would you like to see? If you have any suggestions for potential games then please suggest them in this thread, and other members can then comment on whether they like the idea or not. Only moderators will be able to start new topics in the Games Rooms, and we will do so once a suggestion has been approved.

Perhaps it's not possible to limit the number of smileys allowed in a post without limiting the number allowed in a PM as well? Just guessing though.

To be honest, I think we have enough 'Rachel and Kim Forever' and the like in signatures and all over the posts themselves. Text as part of an avatar is OK, but I'm personally not keen on avatars featuring just text.
