Hey, anyone about? I might be off to Ireland in a few weeks time on a boating holiday! I'm excited - never lived on a boat before and never been to Ireland (although I've always fancied going).

I do like the colour of this skin - very summery - however I miss the H&A logo in the banner at the top. Good riddance to those post icons - I hated them!

My PC is annoyingly slow today! Had a day off work but spent most of it filling in an application form for work. same job, different kind of contract (ie. longer!) I hate application forms and interviews!! LOL...I know what you mean...... Charming! Bloody charming! Just you two wait!!

Awww.. I don't think I've ever been called that before!! *blushes* A few people have said I'm 'harmless', and I'm not sure how to take that! Surely there must have been speculation to the contrary for anyone to come out and make a comment like that?

Can I just point out that during last year's BTTB BB I was the only housemate never to receive a single public vote. Not sure how many of you lot nominated me though!! (ETA: Is it just me or is the board clock about five minutes slow?)

Well, I'm finally off to bed folks. Bit.

I use a few words to say hello, such as 'Hey', 'Yo', 'Ey up' and 'Alreet' (a local thing!). I rarely say 'Hiya', and even 'Hi' sounds a little 'puffy', if you see what I mean. Maybe that's just me. How about different ways for goodbye? Normally I say 'See ya', 'See ya later', or just 'Later' and on emails 'TTFN' or 'So long for now' or 'Catch ya later'. I often used to say simply 'Bit' (short for 'See ya in a bit') which was something of a Simon-ism that didn't really catch on. Pity! :-(

Looks smart, Dan. I couldn't really justify spending that on a phone at the moment - the cheap one I bought still seems fantastic compared to the old Nokia 3510 with the cracked screen I have been using for the last couple of years! It looks like a brick compared to my new phone!

LOL! Well, my phone is a Segum MY-C4-2. It's OK for what I need, but I wouldn't really recommend it over more expensive/advanced models.
