FINALLY just watched Brokeback Mountain for the first time. It wasn't absolutely amazing and it's not something I'd rate 5 stars, but it was certainly watchable. The love story behind it was beautiful. Not really much else to say. But Jack and Ennis =

The Departed, which was about even with Magnolia - It didn't keep me glued to the screen the same way, but it still had more to recommend about it, ie. it was Scorsese, Damon and DiCaprio at their best. Infernal Affairs is now on my list, as is every other Scorsese movie.

My Own Private Idaho :)

For the first five minutes I was trying to pretend that River was Todd, but then I thought, nah, River's good enough. Also Keanu looks nothing like Linc, so what's the point?

Who Framed Roger Rabbit - not as funny as Rocky and Bullwinkle or Space Jam, but it was outstanding in almoost every way. Also, it was in 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die. That said, I was shocked to hear Donald's comment to Daffy in the piano duel scene, there was really no other way to interpret it.
