I need to write a poster for a school trip for year 6 children, it's for an activity centre so the usual sailing, canoeing etc will be happening. Apart from bold writing with what activities they will be doing and some photos, can anyone think of anything I need to add?????????I know many of you are creative! cheers :)

maybe this is to dull but- what about centreing funnyish pictures of each activity ie boating, sailing, etc around centred bold text of the description of activities? I dunno- like a stickman sailing, a stickman canoeing...

(sorry- I love stickmen!) even photoshopping actual peoples faces on top of the stickmen?

I think humour would be good- especially as the poster is for year 6 children- just an idea!

I'm sooo confused..I've got an essay title that reads...‘Life is going on all round the central pair…’

Discuss the presentation, role and function of the minor characters in the first two scenes of the play 'Antony and Cleopatra'. It has to be around 2 pages of typed print, and my York Notes still haven't arrived, so I'm totally confuzzled! Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Studying for English literature:

Any literature based question is almost always going to be based around a character or a theme. I was just helping my sister study for her GCSEs and we gave each character in the book a colour and then went through the book and highlighted anything that told you something about the character in that colour. Then we picked out the key themes of the book ie, love, jealousy etc and did the same for that. Once you've done that take a clean piece of paper and do a spider diagram for every theme and character. Then when it comes to revision you just have to learn the separate characters and themes and you should have enough ammunition to answer any question on them. If you do it as you're going along it'll make it a lot easier for when you come to revision time.

Geog As Level: I'm meant to identify what's voluntary/imposed from key idea 2, and something about the demographic model (advantages and disadvantages) and a few past papers. And there's no one in the house to help.. Anyone online that can help?

I would also recommend familiarising yourself with literary techniques and devices used in the literature you're studying, as this could come up too.
