Jess Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Jess, to display text in double line spacing: 1. Highlight the text 2. Click Format > Paragraph 3. A grey box will appear and in the section 'Spacing', there's a drop-down box entitled 'Line spacing'. Select 'double'. Hope that helps.

Pierced Musie Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 I'm doing an NVQ in Business and Administration. For each Unit I do I have to finish it off with knowledge questions. I've finished Unit 9, which is using office equipment, but I was asked to finish off unit 7 - word processing software. I've finished writing the questions and answers. I just need to type it all up and that is the unit over with. Then it is on to units 1 & 2. The units that have to be done. You only need to do 4 units but you can do more work on it. I'm going to ask if I could work on other units.
flutterby Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 jeh-jeh I'm doing Antony and Cleo aswell! I went to see it on Thurs at the Globe (stood up for 3 hours! Ouch!) But by the looks of that question your teacher is not easing you into it like mine is and I'm afraid I'm at as much of a loss as you are, I wouldn't even know where to start with a question like that! I hope I can help in future questions though, sorry this is a bit of a useless post!

You're so lucky going to see it at the Globe - the other teachers at school wouldn't let us take the time out to go and see it! I'm finding it so hard at the moment. We have two English teachers and the other text we're studying is 'Hard Times' by Dickens. It's so much more interesting in comparison. a) I can understand what the characters are saying and b) it seems to have more of a plot than Ant. and Cleo., Antony just seems to spend his time going between Rome and Egypt. I've just done a load of 'short questions' on it - each question turned into a mini essay! I'll be so glad when we've finished it!
flutterby Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 I've got 2 teachers too, the other book we're doing is Spies which so far is as boring as Ant&Cleo, I agree even after seeing the play there is not much of a storyline! Mind you it confuzzled me quite alot because I couldn't understand most of it! A&C were quite old aswell and it wasn't the nicest thing to watch!

I'm doing Italian 'A'-Level, and my best friend is half Spanish and because the two languages are pretty similar we have random conversations. The rest of the common room thinks we're weird, but oh well. Weirdness rocks!
