It might help if you posted the questions lol!

Jeh-jeh are you doing Ant & Cleo as coursework? If so have you been given your essay titles yet? We just got ours and an essay asessment thingy that I'm not looking forward to!

Lol, Katie, I wanted to say that too, but I thought it was just me being thick and missing something! :P

We don't do coursework, I don't think. Although I have been given a particularly nasty essay title to be done by Friday...'What are your first impressions of the world Shakespeare creates in his presentation of Egypt and Rome in Antony and Cleopatra? (Up to the end of Act III, Scene I)'.

Arghhh!

ew! I've got this for Weds 'How does Shakespeare use language and imagery to establish the characters of Antony and Cleopatra in Act 1' stupid stupid play!

^^Just one thing.... Northern Ireland is in Great Britain, not the whole of Ireland. The Republic is seperate. :)

I promise I knew that it was late and I was sleepy...I must look like such a fool lol! :P

I definately think you've got the nicer question there...I don't have a clue where to start! My teacher treats us like we're at University and so know far more than we actually do. The other English teacher does Hard Times with us and we're treated like we're pre-schoolers; I did her essay last night...thank goodness!

Can someone help me with this please, it may be obvious to others, but not to me!

"Until Stefan de Vaux had taken her out onto the balcony and kissed her"

Is this an active or a passive sentence?

I'm doing an essay on language and gender and am trying to find evidence of male dominance in the lexis the writer has used. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Clare xx

ETA: Does anybody know if 'blushed' is a dynamic or a stative verb? I know it does denote an action, which would make it dynamic, but it's not really an action you take conciously, so i don't know if that would make it stative?

Strange request here:

I'm going an assignment on a global issue, my topic is Terrorism. I am looking to make a video of "terrorism" footage from events like the 9/11 attacks, the London Bombing last year, Bali bombing and other acts of terrorism. Just wondering if anyone knew a good place to get these videos from? I have tried YouTube. The videos are on there but i'm not sure of how to save them onto my computer so I can then load them into Windows Movie Maker.

I didnt know where else to go, so hopefully someone on here will be able to help.Any help is greatly apprecaiated.

Thanks guys! :D

Jess xx
