Hmm, so this isn't a specific question, as such, more just general advice. I'm currently taking Italian at AS Level and I have my aural presentation on Wednesday. For this we had to research a topic to do with Italy (I chose Venice's environmental problems) and write a two minute presentation on it and then answer questions about it from a list of self-chosen topic headings. So, I already have a pretty good idea of the questions that I'm gonna be asked. The problem is, however, that I'm having major problems getting all the information I'll need to stick in my head. Has anyone got any advice as to how I could learn my bullet points?

Thanks in advance.

Try reading them out loud, reading them double time, or reading them in front of the mirror. Stick giant posters with the bullet points on them in places around the house. Try using yellow paper (for some reason it's a study technique) or write them out a few times. Uuuuuuuuuuuuh...possibly draw pictures relating to the points, or making songs or something like that. That's all I can think of.

Oooh, thanks!

Yeah, stuff on a yellow background is meant to make it easier to remember... I think Post-It notes are in order here.

Thanks for all the advice, rennyren - and it's stopped me from panicking quite so much. :D

Lactic acid is a by product of ATP breakdown when energy is needed for muscles to contract. If there is an excess build up it can be bad for you but other than that the body just deals with it like any other waste product.
