Crap! I forget about Kate Ryan! >.<

Kate, I have something to say to you - Je T'adore! :P

(Barbara, I'm VERY sorry about the Belgian Independence answer - I was about 13 centuries off)

How could you forget about her si tu l'adores? :P She's got a new song by the way. It's called Ella elle l'a.

That's ok. It made me smile. :P

I completely forgot about Kim Clijsters & Justine Henin and I watch the tennis all the time. I read the answers and it's like, I knew that. Oh well.

I said chocolate. It was the first thing that came to my mind, but I'm don't really like that stuff.

You won't see Kim and Justine anymore. Kim stopped last year and gave birth to a daughter a few months ago. Justine announced she's quiting too. :(

I love chocolate.

so i haven't seen this thread in a while...

anyone here done Psychology and know another extraneous variable for this

Individuals between the ages of 18 - 35 who have not eaten in the past 3 hours will achieve lower results on a recall test of 15 nonsense syllables than those who have eaten in the past 3 hours.

that isn't their gender, age or weight?

What they've eaten, maybe? Like, I find that sugar helps my concentration for a bit, and then it'll tail off after an hour and a half, or so.

Is that what you're looking for?

Oh, so this thread is back? Woop, woop :P

Anyway, this has been bugging me for ages:

What is the difference between "a chance of life" and "a chance at life"? Like, the meaning? I wrote in a text "Everyone deserves a chance at life", but my teacher claims that it should have been "Everyone deserves a chance of life" and no one I've asked knows the answer <_< Help! :P

It depends:

It's 'the gift of life', but pretty sure it's definitely 'a chance at life'. 'Of' just sounds weird in this situation. :)
