Does anyone else get totally confused by sky, digital, cable, freeview etc. When something says it is launching on Sky, it means absolutely nothing to me. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I always thought it as: Sky (as in Sky Dish) Digital (well you can get Sky Digital maybe no dish) Cable - I always thought of this realted to phone companies (Don't know why!) Freeview is a one of payment (unless you've got Top Up TV).

ste Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 Yeah that's how I think of them too (even though you don't need a dish for sky anymore) but I still get confused because there's a lot of overlapping, some channels are availible on more than one, some are only availible on one, some are availible on all, it's a total mess.
