I want there to be some re runs of old Home and Away episodes especially ones that involved Will and Dani, my favourite couple. Tammin and Zac Drayson had such great chemistry between them.

Liz Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 As much as I miss the Sutherland Era (it can only be refered as that, as they collectively used the majority of screen-time), Dani or any of her family members being brought back to the bay would not fit with this era's characters, plot lines, overall 'feel'. They had their time, they used it (in my opinion) to make a really positive, worthwhile contribution to the show, but I wouldn't trust the writers to give them a happy ending. Admittedly, there are so many loose ends and the vast majority of the family didn't leave on the best note. I don't want them brought back and their memories butchered further, but I wouldn't mind re-writing some exits!

I just think it's sad that they all seem to have been erased from everyones memories in the show when they made such a big impact for the 4-5 years they were there. If H&A do anymore montages looking back over the years if Summer Bay i just hope they'll include a couple of scenes of the Sutherlands (especially Dani) rather than Kirsty and Kane or just ignore them totally.
Liz Posted December 8, 2006 Report Posted December 8, 2006 The family did have a huge (some *cough*Ste*cough* might say too huge) impact on the show and I find it to be a terrible continuity flaw that they seem to have been forgotten.
