 VLC Player for the win!

Well at least that is what I use to make all my caps and it does quite a good job. I use the shortcuts crtl + alt + s when taking caps.

Pritnep, you change that shortcut just to S. :)

Preferences > Interface (click the little side arrow beside it) > Hotkey Settings > (make sure you click advanced) > Take Video Snapshot (s). :)

Hey guys, I should tell you this :D

if your version of Powerdvd 7 expires, you can still use it! How?

After the window to buy it comes up, click Exit, and it was just relaunch! :D Movies dont play with sound though, for me anyway. and Powerdvd cant blame you for it, it's their porblem lol

Alright, so I'm currently playing my Secrets and the city DVD, and would like to make screencaps. I pause and hit the PrintScreen key. I then paste the screencap on paint and save it....but instead of saving my cap the picture is black. :( Can someone explain to me what I am doing wrong? If it is neccesary to know what program I am using, it is "PowerDVD". Thanks!
