Heaven and Hell was just brilliant. And almost all of the characters I like from this season featured in it. I still like Anna. Although, while I loved the scene where she explained to Dean why she would do anything not to be an angel again, all the 'angels are bad' talk started wearing abit thin by the end. I'm glad they brought Pamela back for an episode. I love her character. She's exactly the kind of character that I'd like to see show up every once in while to lend an helping hand. Although from reading a spoiler about her I guess it won't be happening. Alastair is just a brilliant villian. His torture of Ruby was gruesome and abit disturbing yet I couldn't look away. The show as been lacking someone like him for a while since Azazel was killed. Lillith is okay and her small scenes every once in a while are exciting to watch but I find her to be more creepy then dangerous, even though she is. Even Uriel is fun to watch. His insults kill me everytime. Sam was a smart little one as well in the end.

But once again Dean and Castiel stole the episode for me. Dean's confession played out amazingly. I'm glad they chose to do it this way rather then trying to show us what happening. I know alot of people were hoping they would stop dragging out the confession but I actually like the way they've been working their way to this scene from the beginning of the season. I felt for Castiel in this episode. I loved how it kept cutting to him during the scene after it came out that Dean is the who told them about Anna, infact I loved his expressions throughout this episode. The popular theory going around that Castiel is going to disobey and fall, this episode just made feel like that might be true after all. Misha is a really great actor. He barely as to say anything, it's all in his expressions and his eyes.

Watched episode 15 yesterday and wow! Supernatural just gets more amazing each week. It was such a sad episode especially when

Dean finds out that him turning torturer broke the first seal

I can't wait to see how this how works out.

Yep. My thoughts exactly. Definitely the best episode of the season so far. Dean got the girl again (although the way they made love in the back of a car was not very romantic – it was kind of a high school thing but I’m glad it happened none the less as you could sense something was going to happen). And that scene with Sam at the end was very emotional. That was the first time I saw any tears from Dean since Heart (I can’t remember if he cried after Sam got stabbed at the end of the second season).

I’ve often wondered about Dean. Clearly he was very remorseful having to torture people and there’s times where you can see how upset he was when innocents have been killed and how he wants to save people i.e. Jus In Bello in the third season when they wanted to sacrifice the virgin girl to kill all of Lilith’s demons and he was totally against it. And his reaction at the end of that episode when Ruby came into their hotel room and told them because of that blunder more people died anyway (including the virgin girl). On the other hand there have been times where he’s been quite prepared to kill someone without batting an eyelid. Again in the third season (Fresh Blood I think) I remember him killing a blonde girl at the beginning because she had become a vampire and could not be cured. And although he was reluctant the way he did that was just so cold and he didn’t seem that remorseful afterwards. It’s interesting how willing he is to kill innocent people in certain situations through no fault of their own for the greater good but he seems unable to accept where Castiel is coming from regarding his concerns and attitude towards Sam. Even though I can totally understand where Sam is coming from using his mind to exorcise demons (as that saves the innocent). That’s one of the reasons why I love Dean. On the surface things would appear black and white but underneath it’s not quite so clear cut.

I wasn’t sure about Castiel to start of with but when Dean revealed that he’s led them to Anna because they threatened to kill Sam and she told him that she forgave him it looked as though there was some element of guilt perhaps. I defiantly think there’s a lot more to him than meets the eye. When Anna temporarily banished them last episode I was hoping that Uriel wouldn’t come back. I can’t stand the guy with his self-centred pompous attitude. Someone just kill him already.

I didn’t like this Ruby at first but I’m starting to warm to her now although I still prefer the first actress. I wasn’t sure what to make of Sam sleeping with her and Dean took it a lot better than I thought he would. It will be interesting to see how this pans out and if (or when) Castiel and Uriel decide to do something about him and Ruby.

I agree. I prefer the first Ruby (played by Kat Cassidy), but I'm beginning to like the new Ruby. She's getting a lot more interesting, and I sometimes forget they are the same person on the inside.

I'm not such a fan of the Angels storyline. I quite liked how each episode was a new mystery, especially in Season 1, but this Angels carry on storyline isn't holding my attention very much. :/

If there are any Dean/Sam shippers, you'd love the latest US episode. There's a nice little mention of Dean/Sam and they get kinda freaked out by the idea of it.

My friend just told me about that, and sent me a picture:

Dean: There's Sam Girls and Dean Girls and...What's a slash fan?

Sam: As in Sam slash Dean. Together.

Dean: Like together, together? They do know we are brothers right?

Sam: Doesn't seem to matter.

Dean: Well that's just sick!

!

I like how it's Sam with the "Doesn't seem to matter" line.

it just keeps getting better. Shame about the two week hiatus before the new episode

Sam learns in the season finale that ******i** ******* is the ***** **** that has ** ** ****** ****** ******* can ***e.

suspect it means:

Sam learns in the season finale that ******* ******* is the final seal that has to be broken before Lucifer can rise.

Theories on the ****** ****** are Lillith murdered, brother betrayed, Castiel Betrayed

I'm getting a bad feeling that one of my favourite characters is not going to make it to Season 5 and if I am right, long live the trucker hat :(

But dude, I can't wait for that scene ! Considering the actors and writers knew about the big slash fanbase from the first half of Season 1 then I'm not surprised that we finally get a nod of respect.
