^"The Mystery Spot" is the reason I'm a fan!

But on a sad note, I didn't know it was possible to watch two such pretty boys fighting and to be so devastated at the end of it. I can't believe Dean called Sammy a monster... :(

I am much displeased with that unsatisfying "ending." Damn cliffhangers! DAMN THEM I SAY!! >_<

I did love the song at the start though - ah, how I grooved ^_^

And would it have killed Sammy and Dean to hug <_<? Or Dean and Cass for that matter <_<?? I liked Cass glaring at the prophet's attempt at physical contact, lol.

And Ruby!! OMG!!! :o

I shant be too happy until all of this is nicely resolved, but at least I have Dexter to take over the timeslot. Dexter and Darla should eeeease the pain...

If I remember correctly that was Carry on my Wayward Son, and it was played in season 1 aswell. It is an awesome song!

Obviously because your all on here, you have at one time or another seen this show XD I've come across it on IMDB a few times will searching through the keywords, but I've never seen it. All I know about it is the plot from IMDB - "Two brothers search for their missing father, the man who trained them to be warriors against supernatural evil", but want to know a little bit more and if people recommend I watch it? Tah :D

Well I'm pretty new to the fandom, but the basic idea of the show is that said brothers, Sam and Dean, travel around the countryside seeking out "supernatural" demons and ghosts and monsters and such, and killing them before the evil beasties can kill more innocent people!

There is now a religious element - full on angels vs demons, good vs evil, etc. Before that it was a bit more like The X-Files, in that they'd just have a creature-feature of the week, kill it, and move on.

I'd recommend it now, but in the beginning I didn't really get it. I was taking it a bit too seriously. I'm very interested in ghosts and spirits and cryptozoology and I didn't really understand that the series was more about the brothers - their relationship and their personalities - than the things they were fighting. NOW I understand, and I LOVE watching them, because they're awesome :D (and pretty and hilarious ) So I guess my advice would be to give it a go, and to watch a few episodes before you decide whether you like it or not, because in my personal experience, one may not be enough to get into it. But if you DO get into it, ye shall be happy :)

The song you loved was Carry on my wayward son by Kansas and is played for the end of season recap every season so far.

I've watched the show from the beginning and have loved it (eagerly awaiting the season 4 box set to arrive). So try watching it from the beginning if you can, if not, def from season 3.

Yes, my Supernaturally-inclined friend made his own soundtrack to the series, and I nicked that song from him immediately :P 'Tis now happily resting on my MP3 player between "You Give Love A Bad Name" and "Bohemian Rhapsody"

I did not know they played it every season - extra awesome! :D
