This might sund like a dumb question but, what sort of things do people write in the letters and how long are they?

:D

You could introduce yourself and tell the actor/actress why you like him/her. And of course ask for an autograph. :D Hope this helps! :)

^ From the Channel 7 website:

'Cast member's name' Home and Away, PO Box 777 Pyrmont 2009.

If you don't live in Australia, don't forget to mention Australia on your envelope. :)

Just out of curiousity: (this is to those of you who have received a reply) Where did you write the return address? I wrote to Paul several months ago, and I'm just wondering if I should send a new one, just in case. I don't trust the mail service <_<:P

I wrote it on the back of the envelope and on the letter itself. I also wrote it in capitals.

Thanks Barbara, yes I dont live in Australia, i am from the UK. so would you be able to help me out with a few questions?

Im writing to Todd tonight, and to Lincoln, and my friend she told me to send a letter from the UK to Australia just go to the post office, and ask for a engish stamp and a airmail stamp for Australia, is that right?

And how big are the fancards, as i dont know what size envalope to use?

How would Todd and Lincoln send them back out from Australia back to the UK where i live, do i need to send a self addressed stamped envalope or anything?

I don't live in the UK. I live in Belgium and I just went to the post office and they told me what kind of stamp I needed. I would recommend you to go to your post office and they'll help you. :)

I just wrote my address on the letter. I don't really know if it's better to send a self-addressed envelope. I didn't do it. Maybe you'll have better luck if you do. I don't know. Maybe someone else can help you.

EDIT: You can find information on the sizes of the fan card in this topic.

Cheers, I think I've made a fool of myself as I rambled on abit, but hey they don't know me! :lol :I posted my first 2 letter today! I hope I get replies! :)

For the person asking about sending a letter from the UK. I just went into the post office and told them I wanted to send my letter too Australia. It cost me 56P to post it, and that was for 1 A4 sheet of paper, so it might cost me depending on how much you right. and they weighed it and but the right stamps on for me! I didn't sent a SAE, so I'll just have to see what happens :)
